The game doesn't punish anyone, it's a small balance feature. By your logic survivors are punished for doing generators…and also a dead survivor counts as 3 cage states so you can tunnel all you want.

I don't know, they slapped haste increment on killers everywhere which is game breaking, also imagine finding a buffed version of blight and spirit here too, much fun… In general survivor experience doesn't seem to have changed much since the 1st version and that sounds pretty boring overall but I'll give it a try.

Why don't people realise that the majority of players play both sides? Most toxic survs act the same as killer and vice-versa. We are almost in 2025 and these distinctions are outdated.

This event is utterly useless overall. The amount of BPs you are rewarded with is ridicolous so traveling in the void is a waste of time (the smoke bomb is laughably lame). I guess I will play it for challenges only and then leave it alone.

Probably because too many loops became unsafe after the buff to the turn-rate a few months ago. This combined with these two add-ons worsened the situation and so they decided to increase their rarity and reduce their effectiveness.
