The bug report template contains all the information that we need for a bug report, to allow QA to find steps to repro the bug whilst also allowing us the ability to see if it's platform specific, how many players it affects etc - whilst I appreciate your sentiment, we only ask for what is needed from players.

Disconnection Penalties are not able to be appealed so your ticket would have been resolved with no action taken.

The fix to this in the PTB will still allow crouching to happen when there's a bigger difference in heights, the fix is so that the power cannot be crouched on the majority of areas but if there's an area where there's a big variation in heights - stairs for example, the survivor can still crouch to avoid the hit.

When the PTB is live we will be able to fully assess the strength of the rework - until then, it's very difficult to tell if something is too strong or too weak. It's not about "survivors or killers complaining", we use our own judgements on what needs to change based on how things play out.

This is an interesting discussion, I think there has to be some distinction as well between slugging for pressure in a match, which most people don't seem to mind, and slugging for no reason - when you slug survivors at 5 gens or something. I currently have a curved monitor and have noticed absolutely no difference playing on it. What made the difference for me was being able to up my fps from 60 to 120 (PC upgrade), and then not hitting a skill check for a few matches LOL.

Invocation broken cannot be removed by any means is the answer to your question, once you're in the broken state from one of the invocation perks, you can not become fully healed for the reminder of that trial.

Was the flag fully materialised (it takes some time, and depends on what Guard was spawned), the flag is partially visible but can only be collected by the survivor when the flag is fully visible.

Snowskull piles are found randomly in a map - there's quite a few areas where you craft your snowballs / snowskulls If you have not seen a snowman, are you sure you're playing in the Event queue and not the normal queue?

Bug fixes always happen - I was referring to design changes to the perk itself.

There's no current plan to change Shoulder of Burden, it was adjusted from the PTB - Live, and it is something that will be monitored on our side, if we see it behaving problematically then it's of course something that we can change, for right now we're happy with how it's performing.

It's not about the time taken to do it, it's about getting things through certification, we have to have the builds ready early and sent for certification, we cannot make any changes after that has happened, hence the adjustment (which will be purely a number adjustment), will be in bugfix patch 2.

Hi there, we have communicated on this forum that there will be adjustments and bug fixes for Houndmaster, as well as for the Live Balance changes from the PTB in our hotfixes, as is our normal cadence.

This is not a bug, the activation condition of Jagged Compass takes precedent so activates prior to Floods of Rage / Gift of Pain etc.

Thanks for this, I had a look into the bug report also - will have some discussions with the teams involved, my understanding is that yes this is a bug as the hook is not initially a Scourge Hook. But discussing further with the designers on what they want the effect to be with perks such as Gift of Pain.

I want to clear up something on this, if you use Jagged Compass and the survivor is unhooked, and the hook becomes a Scourge Hook - all the effects from Scourge related perks apply when that next survivor is put on that hook, so Pain Res, Gift of Pain etc would then apply to that hooked survivor.

yes they're all classed as different maps so you can have them back to back…it's not a realm repeat prevention, so you won't get Dead Dawg back to back, but you could very easily get both of Dvarka Deepwood maps back to back for example.
