I think they should have left Unbreakable alone and made Kindred the basekit perk and make Insidious not activate whilst within Kindred range.

To be honest I saw a SpookyLoopz video the other day talking about this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txc2EQtD2yY&ab_channel=SpookyLoopz) and it seems they answered things based on his comments. I take it that this is a good thing and only really seeing the curtain come back because of content creators.

This pretty much sums it up. I work full time and so enjoy a game that doesn't need to be maintained by myself (compared to something like rust). I can get on play a few and get off which is great. Everyone will be different but if it's fun then why not play it.

To be honest I've only encountered one facecamper today which is pretty good given I've played around 6 hours. Killer point of view hardly had anyone escape as well. Seems to have been balanced.

This is a common thing and not just in DBD. Content creators in general can be as and are as toxic as most people. They won't share that though in a ~10-minute video since that is a major revenue income. Rust, for example, one of the biggest streamers on that game and YouTube content creators straight-up lies in his videos…

I always bring Detectives Hunch with me for this exact reason, as per gens pop I go round and break all the totems. When last gen goes I do a quick sweep to see if it picks up noed and if so clean it up. I used to main Wraith myself and from time to time I would run NOED but not to the extend OP means.

I've only played a few games and got the Adept in my first game as well. I've played against a lot of them like we all will have because he is new but if you play it right you can treat him like most other killers. Pretty fun killer to play though.
