deathslinger isn't perks depended he is player depended. Perks like Save the best for last or monitor & abuse are not the best on him you can use other perks that would let you do better things

It is becuse there are a lot of bad survivors that managed to get to rank 1 for no reason ,and from what i remember those killrates are from every ranks so ofc survivors on rank 20 would have harder time to win ,becuse they dont know how to run tiles/loops or even hit skillchecks

1.It is normal when survivor loses connection /game crash when you down them 2.You are probably not using it right you need to DIRECTLY hit survivor with the bootle to make them exposed,when you hit them directly you will get 150 extra points for "bootle toss"
