survivor perk unreliable narrator: changes in healthstages (incl. unhook noice notification) will be delayed by 5 / 10 / 15 sec on the killers hud. this also implies when the carrier of the perk changes the healthstate of other survivors.

iam fine with a half finished setup, i give them a smack and only chase them if they head to my other traps. if not i let them go and continue with the setup. it just works for me well and i like to have some hooks before the first gen pops.

no the hatch cant spawn in the basement. but it can spawn in shack, when the basement is there. and it can never spawn upstairs, if the map has multiple floors like hawkings or the game. only exception i found is the small hut on mount ormond. the hatch can spawn inside it.
