Seriously, the fact that most of these people admit to be killer mains asking for an easier game lolxd
-
Think it depends hugely on the match-up. If it's a high MMR killer against a normal MMR survivor group - they should get 3-4K, so about 75% for killrate. Especially since killer is meant to be the power-role. If it's a high MMR killer against high MMR survivors, then it should be a flat 2k. Killer is the power role, but…

You and whoever liked your comment clearly can't read. they didn't bring SB and Adrenalin.
-
Fair. Not sure why they removed it.
-
No. You should never feel bad for playing a certain killer, its more about how you play them lol.
-
those things get complained about all the time. One of the most popular threads on the old forum was literally a giga-thread about how badly the game is optimised.lol
-
thanks for the compliment :^)
-
You are playing a team-coordinated game. Survivors trying to play together to WIN should be an expectation. If you don't find it fun to face people playing as a team and trying hard to win, then perhaps killer is not for you. Don't take out your past games on a set of new survivors, same goes for the other side. If you…
-
You can still see what people bring? Even if it's last second, you can still play around that.
-
Gen rush is not happening because anti-tunneling perks were nerfed and resulted in less chases. Gen rush is happening because they nerfed how quick a generator can be completed - resulting in people specifically bringing in gen rushing builds and focusing on doing generators more. This is further perpetrated by the fact…
-
this thread is so mind-boggling. Last second swaps are fine.
-
But they do, they impact how easy or hard sometimes looping can be by how the addons change the powers of the killer. Perks are literally there as an addition to what you don't have - they are meant to be used to help tailor to a certain playstyle or to cover for weaknesses.
-
Why is it such an ultimatum? There are literally perks and addons that aid in that. Perks and Addons are the balance and medium between the two worlds. I never said M1 killers shouldn't exist, but if you actively choose to play a killer like that, and not equip something that will help you in chase - knowing fully well…
-
This makes sense. Wesker, Oni and Blight aren't complete anti-loop, you can still loop them but you have to play around and respect their powers to engage in a chase. Trickster, Clown, Knight or Artist are very boring because they are Press W killers. You can't engage with their powers or really play around it, you just…
-
Not to be an ass, but that is quite literally a self-inflicted issue. You actively choose to play an M1 killer, with no perks or addons to assist in looping - which is a legitimate mechanic of the game.
-
You are being a deliberate troll at this point lmfao

No because the Survivor's last chance at survival is to jump in the locker - or stun the Myers out of the mori by vaulting/doing a gen and etc - locker generally being the best because it has no time constraints. In this situation, the survivor is already in the locker so the best chance they have is to stay in the locker,…
-
But they can more than likely get the survivor out and on a hook. It takes 16 seconds to wiggle off - which is more than enough time with hook proximity. The survivor's ONLY option of surviving is by staying in the locker or engaging in actions that would block out the instant mori. The killer can STILL kill whether its by…
-
They would be throwing their objective if they allowed the killer to just mori them. Their objective is to survive and escape - by going into the locker they are trying to survive because they could still potentially wiggle off or jump off the hook Lol.
-
It doesn't make them a bad sport if the killer is refusing to kill them via a hook. The killer is refusing to do their objective just because they want an achievement (and it's an achievement for a reason).
-
Why is it bad-sport to not want to lose the game? Think its poor sportsmanship to expect someone to throw their game and lose their MMR for someone else and their achievement.
-
They don't sound dumb. You're just being entitled about an add-on/achievement. You are not entitled to an instant mori of any survivor regardless of hook-state. The add-on has clear counterplay which ALLOWS the survivor to participate in the match longer and gives them the chance to still escape from the game.
-
No. Then the add-on would have no direct counter to it - which would be super unhealthy for the game. Your complaints should be directed at BHVR for making a really bad challenge for Myers, rather than complaining that survivors counter-play a scummy add-on that eliminates them from the game immediately.
-
What are you talking about? Breakable walls were their way of controlling infinites without fully reworking areas of the map.
-
Well, the issue is that the MM is one-dimensional. Aside from not considering that teamwork is required, it considers no other actions other than escaping. You can engage in a chase, you can do all the gens, you can do all the altruism possible but if you've not escaped, it won't matter. All these games, to some extent…
-
It is true. The MM and the game is designed around being played as a team, but only accounts for your action - that action being a kill/escape. This is alright for the killer because the killer can just tunnel vision two people out of the game pretty easily - and have a net neutral round. But a survivor's MM and skill is…
-
DBD is an asymmetrical game, whereas all the other games are symmetrical. Most of the games MM is based on being symmetrical.. But so is DBD's... Thats why its flawed.
-
The problem is that there's a comparison being made between two drastically different game genres
-
i think you're being a bit paranoid, it's very rare for a mainstream gaming service to shut down - the only example I can think of is EA's origins but it's not shutting down but rather moving over to an updated platform
-
It's still resources going into something.
-
You don't need to help me understand a situation that was a pretty blatant hostage situation. Stop trying to mansplain to me my game lmfao.
-
Yeah.. it's so bizarre to defend a situation so badly and try to 'explain' the situation to someone who was in the game, and trying so weirdly to get me to post a video as a 'gotcha' moment lol..
-
I don't need to 'understand' a player that went after me on steam and admitted to not caring about holding the game hostage.
-
We didn't refuse to commit. We were trying to do two gens to pressure the killer a bit more, and he would only enter the area, and at most send his guards after us to run us away from the area. I already said we tried to do the gen, even injured and he refused to do the chase. Im tired of repeating myself tbh.
-
Considering that I reported the user, if their report system works, they should be able to take my report seriously and review the game themselves, but that doesn't change the fact of whether I would post the video or not - and would be more effort than I am willing to give, to blur out the name so that I can prove some…
-
Misunderstanding? I was in a game for 50 minutes!! because the killer refused to chase people that were injured WITHIN the area of the 3-gen. We had to physically stand in the area and not run for him to kill us and get us out of the game. We weren't in a deadzone for hooks, and the basement was right there too if he…
-
It gives attention to the Devs and is feedback on my experience. I don't need to be catching people out and trying to 'make an example' of others for it though.
-
I dont record my games with the intention of 'trying to catch people out', that's ######### and terrible. I benefit nothing from posting about my experiences because they already happened, and all i can ask is for future killers to be more sympathetic. I've not talked down on anyone just trying to defend strategically, or…
-
I already said that 1 was dead, two were dead on hook (whilst injured at times). Idk how many times i have to say this. It would literally take one swing to take one of them down, and he refused to do that.
-
? The killer's objective is to kill. He had two people on death hook, one person already dead. I hadnt been hooked whatsoever during the game. He had multiple opportunities to kill the other two players and refused to engage in a chase, especially when he had the gens under control from his regression perks. It was almost…
-
Except that wasnt what was happening whatsoever, and you have ignored what I said just to perpetrate your own beliefs/agenda. We had two survivors that were dead on hook, injured, doing the gens and the killer would refuse to do a 10 second chase, with zero gen pressure from us from constant gen regression. I said the…
-
Yes, we stopped trying to get the gens, and did the snowmen objectives, and the killer didnt leave the area whatsoever. He'd injure the two dead on hook ppl and wouldn't just down them to secure the kills.
-
Because he was playing normal until the 3-gen happened. Once it happened, he refused to participate in chase, would only hit to deter people and otherwise stay in the 3-gen area, and even had perks that would perfectly help in chase had he decided to down someone (eg. Eruption). I understand defending a 3-gen, I understand…
-
You can't disagree with facts. Facts being that most of the annoying things that killers classified as annoying, killers complained about relentlessly until it got nerfed - whereas the longest standing complaints for survivors have remained in the game.
-
That a lot of the things that killers considered toxic, have been removed from the game whereas whenever it's a thing that survivors consider toxic - survivors are told to cope and that they are just whining instead of playing the game and dealing with it.
-
Because when a survivor expects some form of sportsmanship, its called the 'survivor handbook of how to play DBD', but when a killer expects sportsmanship its because the survivors are playing in a toxic way. Except nearly everything that killers perceive as toxic - has been removed from the game or are behaviours that…
-
Except refraining completely from playing a game because of an issue that has been happening since the first event ever isn't a solution. Issues of people being horrible have been reported since the beginning and BHVR should react on it - instead of spending their time to re-design the forums into a more messy format.
-
You couldn't use them midchase because if you got hit mid animation, it would still injure you. Killers could also pick killers that could completely negate the snowmen
-
And survivors genrush otherwise the game takes too long.
-
I hope so! whenever we notice the killer wants to just have some fun, we usually give back the same energy! :D
