I run Undying + Haunted Ground and it works every time. Survivors just can't help but cleanse a Hex Totem now.

The thing about NOED is if you bring a perk (i.e. Small Game) and take the time to actually find the dull totems then it's useless. Yes this means instead of gen rushing you do some other objectives.

I just think Survivors need a better perk for bonus bloodpoints other than "We're Gonna Live Forever". Killers have "Barbeque & Chili" which is infinitely a better perk overall for farming bloodpoints. Other than that everything else you said is severely debatable.
