Gen tunneling exists so tunnel out a survivor for counter-measures. Easy fix.

I experienced it just now. I was chasing this feng and she ran in a straight line looking back at me then she teleported right behind me as she kept running to the opposite direction. I lost so much distance during that lagswitch, 4 generators were repaired and I just gave up and wait at exit gate switch.

Hex ruin should have remained unchanged. Worst nerf in the history of this game. Why would anyone now run this perk?

Hex totems are inconsistent. I rather have my toe stubbed against a steel pipe than using these perks but then again it's better to have hex totems than no perks at all.
