Mid Rank - Devotion 4 1250 hours.

Personally I preferred the game without the DC ban. Yeah some games got ruined by DCs but the same thing is accomplished now regardless of whether you DC or not. I also have gotten several short bans for not loading into the game, which is a little irritating.

I get proxy camped maybe 1/8 games. usually get tunneled off hook when that happens. I cant recall being hard camped that wasn’t after the gates were powered. When the gates are powered I think a lot of players expect the killer to leave them when the smart play is to stay nearby.

At least you guys can play. I have crashed 9 out of 10 games. I found a thread in technical reference my crashes and my laptop is just not capable of handling the graphics. For reference I have a 3 year old Dell gaming laptop that cost 900 dollars. Its not cutting edge but it can run reasonable games.

I've been playing for 1000 hours and I haven't seen a hacker yet. Or they are hacking in a way that is not noticeable. I do know that PC is a tremendous advantage over console and I would not play crossplay from a console. I play PC and disabled crossplay because the advantage felt like cheating.

I disabled crossplay as well. I was playing killer against a platform and easily 4k'd their team with trapper. It felt bad to beat them so mercilessly. I play on PC feel that the difference between the 2 kinda makes crossplay an unfair advantage.

I always experience custom match lag. 2 plays, both in same household. Big city internet, usually ISP ping is under 30ms and +15MBPS down. Occasionally my speeds will be slower than that but not very often as I pay for 200 MBPS down. I live about 250 miles from the server.

I've noticed que times are always a lot longer on rank reset. I usually just do something else for a few days.

I personally would start with billy. Gets around the maps easily and is strong but balanced. I personally would run tracking and chase perks. I wouldn’t bother with slowdown perks until you can find survivors and win chases. Enduring, bitter murder, bbq and chili, and discordance would be a good build.

It’s an asymmetric game. A killer is faster and will eventually down you. DS helps an individual survivor versus a killer that focuses solely on them. i read what you wrote about it and I get your point but I don't think it should be a game mechanic unless you were to give the killer role a base perk of equal strength, say T3 whispers. Which in both cases is unneccessary. You have 4 slots, if you want that perk equip it. But don't give survivors a free META perk buff.
