That's bad. Worst part is when it happens on the rare occasions, I get to play with friends... and I get a 30minute ban.
-
Is anything being done with this? It's still happening...
-
I'm on Steam. You too?
-
I've used Boil Over and had it used against me. It needs tweaking. As is it's crazy good. I wiggled off 3 times in one game by running into the main building on EoC. Not a hard place to hook, but BO made it impossible. Killer left me slugged and I used Unbreakable. If I had a teammate with Boon: Exponential, it'd be…

Those bouquets....so much goodness.
-
Pfft...all the time. I had a "streamer" get salty today because I ran Lightborn on Nurse... I don't even have Lightborn unlocked on my lvl 15 Nurse that I haven't played in 2+ years until today. He also called me a "red rank" nurse in his stream... lol! Would have been embarrassing if anyone was watching. VOD btw...no…

CoH has negated the value of any injury state other than "downed". Shadow step makes it very easy to lose a survivor, so you are naturally going to go after the injured one because only downs have any value. You are going to try to get downs as fast as possible. And to all the people saying play for fun without trying to…
-
It does actually. There is only one killer in each game. No matter how toxic that killer is he only affects 1 game at a time. If there are non-toxic survivors playing killer you will get fewer toxic games. Fact. It may not be the narrative you want but it is the math and it doesn't lie. The end result is no matter how you…
-
100 toxic killer mains = 100% toxic killers 100 toxic killer mains + 100 non-toxic survivor mains playing killer = 50% toxic killers Basic math skills buddy. Makes perfect sense if you have them.
-
Mathematically that make no sense. The complaint is that it is not lessened at all, but increased.
-
It's not that killer is necessarily harder, but that the toxicity of killers has increase with a bunch of survivors playing killer. Guess most survivors (playing killer) are camping and tunneling so that those playing survivor can't get their crowns and farming done. Ironic. Definitely would seem to indicate that the…
-
Killer queues are long because Killer is easier to get extra BP and crowns on. A lot of survivor mains are playing killer for the event. IRONY: Survivors are complaining that killer toxicity is at an all time high. You'd think it would be the other way around with so many non-toxic survivors coming to the dark side and…
-
And salty survivors. Then we'd literally have a game where nobody plays. It'd be awesome!!!!
-
As survivor, I don't really care that much. Doesn't change my game play at all. As Killer, I don't really care that much. Doesn't change my game play at all. If anything I am more likely to give hatch/door to the last player if they were good.
-
Sounds like a perfect time for 20% of the player base to discover other games. I'll probably be one of them. Wouldn't be the first time I've taken an extended break from DBD.
-
Maybe an unpopular opinion, but you all realize that the Killer and other perks in combo are huge factors on how good a perk is. Creating a "generic" perk tier does not work at all. Use BBQ on Trapper or Hag....complete trash. I wouldn't but it above A tier on any killer in fact. It's used for farming BP. There are tons of…
-
I get slugged so rarely that I've stopped running Unbreakable or Soul Guard. As killer, I slug maybe once in 2-3 games.
-
I'm playing purple ranks and getting tons of bp and pipping almost every trial. He injures a lot, but can't seal the deal. Lot of Altruism, 5 gens getting done, time to break totems, and killers that just chase and chase and chase. Most games he gets 3-4 hooks and we're out.
-
He's free pips and bps.
-
No. Definitely not.
-
Just about any end game chat that goes beyond "gg"
-
I've played hundreds of trials, likely thousands (50/50 survivor/killer). I have had one killer be toxic in the endgame chat ...ever. Just one. I get toxicity from survivors regularly. I've even got chat toxicity from a survivor I gave hatch to. #########?!?! Tunneling and camping happens for sure, but it is the most over…
-
I like it. Could make perks like Nemesis begin to see use so as to change the obsession to a player that doesn't have Object.
-
The only thing I'd like to see changed about NOED is when it activates I wish the survivors would get notified, not when the first one gets downed. I run NOED occasionally, but it's usually after I've dealt with a bully squad or two. I'm less concerned with getting the downs after the 5th gen than I am in getting the…
-
Ghostface is the main killer I play. I've used the "stalking through the boarded up window" many times. It's not broken. It's not bugged. It's how it works. When reveal is done properly I get revealed every time. A lot of people just don't seem to understand how it works and they think it's broken. I'm a purple rank killer…

Whispers Surge Sloppy Corrupt
-
Very cool idea.
-
Hooks. I like blood points. At the end of the game, I'm happy as long as I got Ruthless Killer. Brutal is meh. I find I get a lot of 2k-3k Ruthless results and have very good games because I'm very interactive with the survivors. Lots of chases, etc.
-
Lol, if love to see a charger added as a killer! Send survivors flying through the air!!
-
I play Claudette a fair bit and usually run her with the purple corduroy pants and the pink bikini top with the white cover. Can't say I've ever been real successful at hiding in a bush. I am pretty good at slamming gens and getting BT saves though. I started playing her to unlock Self Care because unfortunately it is a…
-
BBQ is purely for farming bp. The aura reading is trash and most of the time I'm lucky to spot one survivor with it. Anyone complaining that BBQ is too good has obviously never used it.
-
It's not. That's just a dumb ass teammate. One of the most infuriating things about solo survivor. If that happens to me, know I'm spectating and cheering you on.
-
As I said, no issue. Just curious why I've seen so many today. Did something change? Usually only see about 1 in 8-10 games. Today has been more like 1 in 3. Should I be using mine up as well for some reason?
-
Just go into every game expecting to lose and let yourself be pleasantly surprised when you don't. The more you play the better you get. Do those damn dailies and let that be the measure of your success. Games can turn very quickly. Earlier today with Ghostface I had only 2 hooks when they finished 5 Gens. I downed a…
-
I get less mad about the tunneling than I do about being unhooked right in front of the killer.
-
Demogorgon. Suck a great whistle.
-
They're just wasting time to give your teammates those few extra seconds to slam gens, totems, heal, etc. Some killers are just considerate that way. ;)
-
Blendettes. Boring and most of them are useless. Nea, Yui, and Feng come in a close second for their often rampant tbagging, clicking, and EGC toxicity.
-
I hate being camped as much as the next guy, but sometimes camping is the right strategy. If I'm playing killer and have a 3 or 4 gen with someone hooked in the middle of it. Sorry, but your ass is getting camped. Tough luck. I'm not going to leave my 3 or 4 gen so you aren't feeling camped. Especially if all 4 survivors…
-
Funny that this is supposed to be green/purple ranks. I see red ranks doing the same things all the damn time. Not sure rank is a real measure of skill. I could be wrong though, maybe rank is a ridiculously accurate measure of skill.
-
1. Trapper 2. Hag 3. Demogorgon 4. Doctor 5. Bubba I actually enjoy all the killers at some point depending on my mood. That mood rarely comes around for Nurse, Spirit, Billy, or Oni though.
-
Freddy. I don't like facing him as a survivor and I have no interest in playing him as a killer. I'll play against him, but I just work gens as fast as possible to get the game over. I also didn't like any of the NoES movies. I think that's the main reason I have no interest in him.
-
Survivor: Jane. Love her uniqueness amongst female survivors, both for her curves and her classier look. She just seems more real than any others. 2nd is Claudette. I like to run her in brighter outfits to break the stealth stereotype. Killer: Trapper. He's a very win big, lose big killer. I love the strategy of…
-
I like swamp. As killer and survivor I've always done well on both maps. Only time I hate the swamp is playing Blight. He just slides off of the trees.
-
Which is why I assume they are until proven differently. If they get hooked and they don't seem to be a group, I'll try for the save. Otherwise I stay on gens. I have lost track of how many times I've done 3-4 gens while the "team" has been busy trading hook time. I ALWAYS run Kindred and Self Care or a medkit. It sucks…
-
When I encounter groups like this I usually try to stay on the opposite side of the map from them. I work gens, break totems, loot chests, search for hatch, and anything else I need to do for a daily or challenge. I play it safe and hide anytime I hear a heartbeat. I have gone from dying first to often being the last one…
-
I prefer not to face duplicate cosmetics. Personal preference for a number of reasons. If I see 2 or more identical, I'll dodge and not feel bad about it at all. How I like to play.
-
BBQ and Chili is not a good perk and would rarely be used if it didn't give bonus blood points.
-
I play Doc, Hag, and Trapper with some regularity because I like the way they play. Doc is easy when I'm looking for a stress free game. I enjoy the set up and planning of Trapper and Hag. Catching a survivor in a well placed bear trap is one of the best things in the game.
-
Yeah, I agree with those too. Especially the Blendettes. So many times I've hung on hook and watched a Blendette duck walk around the map doing nothing.
