Mangled - 20% or 25%

Scarred Hand change
I've recently encountered Hag that was using Scarred Hand. The interesting thing was that I was fully able to go through untriggered traps - they didn't have collision, even though they used to. Just letting you now it got nerfed and even more unusable.

Longer EW3 duration and Flowers/Memorial
The addons for Myers just like Blond Hair, Hair Bow etc. increase the amount of evil it is required to reach EW3, but also makes third tier last longer.
