Hex: instructions unclear. Everytime you complete a skill check, the gen regresses by 1/2/3% everytime you fail a skill check gen progresses 2/3/4% (just a fun perk not meant to be op.)

Good job! I actually feel like this is one of the best perks since clowns release. Sucks about pop nerf but please keep giving out strong perks to hopefully change the meta. Undying makes hex perks feel meaningful and powerful. Also makes survs do bones and have map knowledge! Keep up the good work on making new perks!

I ran into my first hacker today
It was weird. Basically when i downed this person my killer was perma slow. Like i couldn't even move. I know this sounds like a bug or malfunction of hardware, but i switched to controller mid match to try and it was doing the same thing. Any of you ran into such hack?
