Remove Endurance when Gates are Powered
The game is supposed to be ending when the gates are powered, so it should feel right to assume that all abilities that don't end the game quicker (specifically, Endurance) should be removed. This is the same logic as Decisive Strike; no more free outs for Survivors. They have to earn their out or lose trying.

I think if a Survivor gets slammed by Bound in the Exit Gates, they should suffer a 15 second penalty of Entity Blocker rather than around 5 or so. Just as punishment for not being good enough to get out and to encourage spreading out when being chased at the endgame.
