Over a Week and Customer Support has not returned a single email despite placing 3 tickets
I have placed tickets 3 times since trying to get ahold of BHVR customer support for missing Iridescent Shards, Cosmetics, and bloody prestige portraits since the cross progression on the 22nd and have been completely ignored on the matter. This is getting ridiculous to be ignored like this.

Any option to change font?
This fonts terrible. Was wondering if we can go back to the orginal one. On top of that I tried showing someone a screenshot and they couldn't read it. @Peanits Your the one who's always adjusting the forum. Mind giving me a option to change back to a basic font where everyone can read the messages.

What System do you use for Dead By Daylight.

Quick Question about Surveillance's 8 Meter Extra Range
From the way it's worded I got curious if a survivor will be able to tell if a killer would have Surveillance if the generator was louder from further away. I was planning to test it, but figured I should ask the community or Dev's first as this might of come up before as a question.

Questions about a Survivor juke
I dont play a lot of killer on ps4 instead I play on pc, but recently I leveled my killers on ps4 and I noticed survivors doing some weird auto aim juke It's like they quickly wiggle when running. I'm not even sure how to explain it or even what I'm looking up for it to counter it.
