im trying to get adept killer and its impossible to get the highest chaser emblem once i hook them i leave and chases arent long and it says the shorter the higher and every match i get all red but that one and i cant get any higher than silver. am i doing something wrong?

Decisive strike hello?
Platform:PC Issue: I got pulled out of a locker while decisive strike was active, i hit the skill check and nothing happened after that i couldn't wiggle but the killer still took me to a hook and i died but during my death animation i teleported to a random spot on the map.
