m1 attacks got a buff what about m2 attacks?
So m1 attack recover faster now but what about Blight, Nemesis and other killers will their attacks also have a faster cooldown to compensate? I did not read anything about that.

the new hemorrhage buff is great but wil not help it at all
since Coh is in the game even if you interup just to waste time it doens't matter since people can just heal themselfs anyway i suggest we remove the self healing buff from Coh the 75% buff is already enough to bring it imo
