Or are shorty short killers more difficult? Their visual radius is less, much less. Like they really need a stool to stand on, just to see over window vaults. Hag/Onryo/Chucky/etc.

Killers win if they kill 1 survivor early
I think this is the #1 problem with the game design. It's why people complain about tunneling. If 1 survivor dies early then the killer wins because the remaining survivors cannot advance the game.
