Should human-looking/maskless cosmetics of killers be made after trickster?

What tier is Wraith now?
So the tiers are S,A,B,C,F. At the moment I'd say B tier with true invisibility from 20 meters eliminating some weakness on large open maps. And Windstorm base make his hit and run viable. I can put him in B tier. But still counterd by exhaustion perks. And non existent chasing. He's balanced.

Should Rat Liver and Rat Tail be basekit for Demogorgon?
Title says it all. I feel like Rat Liver is an absolute necessity when playing Demogorgon. I like his other addons (Lifeguard Whistle basically makes Demogorgon a trap-like killer which is really sweet) but man, Demogorgon just feels weird without Rat Liver and Rat Tail.
