When Im playing survivor? Selfcare for sure...
-
Congratulations, my friend :) Who is next? I hope Freddy will get some love soon. I mean he is such an iconic killer. It would be a shame, if they completely ignore him. I'll support your fight for Freddy whenever I can!
-
Thanks for your answer, mate. I agree with you there. Still, it would be nice to get an official answer on this. In any case, you made a good argument.
-
I remember a Ghostface that was completely steamrolled by my Solo Q team. I wanted to give him a free kill at the end, but he didn't want any pity. So far so good. But he flamed me in the aftergame chat, called me names. He wrote pages of comments on my Steam profile and wanted to explain to me why my behavior was…
-
No matter how nice you play, there will always be people who are mad after a match. But I wouldn't worry about it. And as @CountOfTheFog mentioned, you can disable chat if necessary.
-
You should play the way you want. But you shouldn't expect the survivors to love you for the way you play. Unfortunately, bad manners generally occur in PVP games and are not ok. But there's not much we can do about it other than ignore them.
-
You forget the old days with original Undying + 200% regression Ruin. If the survivors were unlucky, they had to cleanse up to 5 Hex Totems. These times were even worse, as literally any killer could do an EZ 4K even against decent survivors. Still, I agree that the balancing today is the best we've ever had. Nevertheless,…

Personally, I play her without camping, tunneling, or slugging. I'm not focusing too much on a 3 gen and trying to cover the main choke points with drones. I play very chase-oriented and try to get as many hooks as possible. Id say I get 2 kills on average per match and the survivors are usually happy with my playstyle.
-
The more important question is: Why doesn't Nemmy have a flamethrower or rocket launcher? Nemmy is a solid mid tier killer. As long as you get to T2 early enough, you can quickly get the pallets out of the way. But his zombies don't make him a very strong killer.
-
That's totally fine for me. I don't expect anyone to like SM. And yes, many still hate her because she was previously abused as a Chess Merchant. That's why I would like people to give her a chance. The fact that your randoms don't know how to play against her or just give up is definitely annoying. But that can happen to…
-
I'm sorry, but as some people have pointed out, these screenshots prove nothing. We cannot see how you played or how efficiently your opponents played. If you had VODs of these games we could get a better picture.
-
You are not alone mate. Since there are many people who want old Freddy back, I won't give up hope 🙏 I mean, they freed Billy after years, why not Freddy too? :)
-
Glad to hear my friend. I will definitely try it when I meet you 👉️🐽 BTT: I'm glad to hear that there are still some people who don't share the hatred of SM, regardless of whether they like the killer or not. Unfortunately, some of the arguments here in the forums are very unobjective and emotional. It feels like it's…
-
I totally agree with him. There are many killers whose powers/ mechanics can be deactivated by survivors: Alien - set up turrets Pinhead - open his box Legion - spread to gens and don't heal every single time Larry - take an EMP Trapper - disarm his traps Pig - boop the snoot But I often experience in Solo Q that exactly…
-
Glad to hear that mate <3 I would take any Bubba, even if it was a basement Bubba. But these days you can only find Sable Wards in the basement :(
-
Deep in my heart I wish this offering would be reactivated and give me one last chance to play the original Freddy :'( He was my first killer main. But since his rework, my fire of passion has unfortunately gone out. Maybe I'll give him another chance in future.
-
I would take all your tombstone Myers and give you my lazy mirror Myers in return.
-
Bubba. Sometimes I think I'm the only one playing him :'(
-
The solution seems obvious. Play Deathslinger, he gets at least almost 200k BP. Seriously, you're complaining about not getting enough BP but having fun matches with Billy? 150,000 BP is still a lot. On the survivor side, so many BP are rather the exception.
-
It's not that I want to make the game simple because it's too easy for me as a killer. I'm just not a fan of excessive tunneling, camping or slugging. But when I play low tier killer, I often struggle to get more than one kill. I still won't change the way I play because of this. It is what it is. If camping, tunneling and…
-
That's why I'd rather wait longer and get survivors on my MMR. Accuracy > speed.
-
That's a good point and a lot of people I've talked to feel the same way. I would rather wait 10 minutes for a "fair" match than be matched three matches in a row with players under my skill level.
-
I'm sorry to hear that. Over the years, I've often had phases where I encountered a lot of cheaters during prime time and made several posts on the forums here. At the moment I'm very happy that I haven't encountered a cheater in a while. I hope things get better for you soon.
-
I opened the box and you came! :3 Yes my friend. I'm glad there are still enough killers (and survivors) who don't take the game too seriously. And to be fair, there are a lot of people like us. Otherwise I would have left DBD many years ago.
-
Thanks mate, I'm glad you remembered <3 My request for the Feng Min Panda Onesie is still to come :3
-
"First thing is Artist is A tier I'm not sure where you got the idea she isn't. But Dredge yeah a lot of players get overwhelmed by nightfall so they can do well even if they're not strong or consistent." Yes, my mistake :( Actually I meant non-S tier killers who are better than average. "I get very confused when "casual"…
-
Yes, you brought up a few important points. Everyone should play the way they like. But in the future I would like to see competitive gamers and casual/chilled players separated. In my opinion, the competitive atmosphere creates more discomfort and toxicity. Nevertheless, I will continue to try to play relaxed and hope…
-
Yeah, unfortunately many survivors have this problem. That's why I try to avoid such strategies like tunneling as long as possible. I hope better times come for you/ us.
-
Which killers do you mainly play? And how do you play? Are you taking advantage of all the options? (camping, tunneling, slugging)? And when do you mainly play? Don't get me wrong, but I rarely have easy matches myself, as long as I try to play "nicely".
-
I still enjoy playing DBD, otherwise I wouldn't still be here after seven years. But I have to take regular breaks so that I can still enjoy the game after such a long time. Overall, DBD has definitely improved over the years, although there is still plenty of room for improvement.
-
To be honest, I'm still not sure how the MMR works. As a survivor, 90% of the time I get relatively inexperienced survivors who do everything but gens. As a killer, I have to deal with stronger opponents in the evening than in the afternoon. But other than that I don't notice much of a difference. As a Survivor I would…
-
Yes, and that's a shame. In my opinion, this competitive mindset leads to more toxicity. I just played clown. The Survivors weren't good in the Chase, but they all stuck to the gens. I got 2 kills in total, the game was over after 6 minutes. I hooked every survivor at least once. A Feng Min who was hanging twice ran…
-
Legion is, in my opinion, the most annoying killer in the entire game. I would take 10 SM in a row before I have to play against them. Why? Because my Solo Q mates heal themselves throughout the match and refuse to spread to gens. And I don't like mending simulator either. It's shocking that people in 2024 still don't know…
-
Best comment regarding the new Hip Swing Sandy that I have read here in the forum. Once the majority has learned how to effectively deal with an SM, she is anything but strong. Unfortunately, many people still blindly hate her because of her past as a 3 gen monster. I can name killers that are really boring to go against…
-
You can read my mind. I actually wanted to start a thread with the same topic, but you did the work for me :D To answer your question: 1. Wraith is my warm-up M1 killer, but his Hit&Run playstyle is boring to go against, especially in Solo Q 2. Knight - I like his ability to keep multiple survivors busy, but 3 gen Knights…
-
I would take all of your SM and trade them for my Huntresses. I like Hip Swing Sandy <3
-
Dont forget about poor Hag :3
-
Im Trickster Main NOW - For sure! Kappa
-
Everything is fine now, it started 5 minutes late in my region, but it's there. Thank you Jesus!
-
No PTB today? :'((
-
You hav got the first Vote Up. Im afraid it could be the last :( I wish more people would giv her a try without celebrating this boring hardcore 3 gen playstyle.
-
I wouldnt consider Skully a weak killer. She is in a good spot. Same to "Mad(e) For This". It is strong in the right hands against certain killers (e.g. M1 Killers or Bubba). I still wouldnt call it OP and I hope it stays the way it is.
-
Oh dear, a very uncomfortable question for him. He will probably ignore it and disappear from the scene. You know, jumping into lava and faking your own death. It's a Wesker thing.
-
Wait, are we talking about Uwu Boris from the UK?
-
Maybe cuz of SinguLARRYty? Idk
-
Before the new SBMM, I didn't care about winning either. Now I'm more selfish when it comes to this situation :/
-
You are a camper, sir. But I see no reason to blame you.
-
I always give the hatch as a sign of good sportsmanship. 3 kills is already a win for me and I don't care about pips or BP. Killers also often give me the hatch/exit gate.
-
That was addressed to the OP. Sry for the misunderstanding. In my opinion, the core question has already been answered, which is why I quoted your comment.
