Turn the settings way down to low and everything is hyper bright compared to console/high settings. It's ######### ridiculous how unfair it is.

Because my team mates, I play solo surv, got rid of a Billy's ruin/undying within the first 7 minutes of the game. He decided to stare me down on first hook until I was dead xD

Now let's translate this over to the visual, and subsequently brightness settings that PC players have access to that console players do not. It's interesting to see that this has been addressed as an imbalanced option but console settings haven't.

I think this would be fair, I've wanted that change for a while (I play killer & surv). It just makes sense to help counter hook camping, also not to mention Freddy getting a free counter to borrowed time simply by existing.

My main problem with being a console player is the fact we have to deal with extremely dark maps because our settings are stuck on max. When we're trying to hide because we're completely shadowed on our screen a PC player with their brightness ramped up sees us clear as day.

Ehhh I don't think it's bankable at all but if you have crossplay disabled it might be a bit of a ######### move. I really don't think BHVR care about console at all, half the maps are so dark everyone is a blendette so you may as well use m&k. As long as cross play is enabled it's not a problem at all in my opinion.

I reckon that's fair since I don't think there's a way for the game, a BHVR game especially, to determine whether you've left or crashed. It's also a fair point to make that if it's crashing that often maybe look into why it's crashing before starting another game? It's unfortunate but I'm pleased there's a ban for DC's
