@MandyTalk Just updating you on the code situation for me. Since receiving the first two codes I have received two additional codes in my email. One code worked and one did not. So that’s a total of 4 codes (even though I thought it was supposed to be 3 because of the 3 trivia questions) sent to me with only 2 actually…

There’s a difference between having manners and being pissed because the devs don’t know how to properly test things and sort out their mess of code they already have for the game in order to prevent such bugs from even occurring. There are too many bugs in the game (and have always been) and the devs just slowly fix them,…

Nah he is not good. I say the biggest cause of this is the speed boost survivors get upon initially being contaminated. I feel so helpless when playing as him because every survivor team I get knows it’s his weakness, especially if you aren’t using any gen regression perks (like I tend to do). I say he needs a few more…
-
Another reason why they need to skip a chapter or two to focus on game health. Ever since they reworked the Asylum they’ve been having issues with new content they are releasing not working right. Whether it be maps, killer abilities, or desync/bug issues, something is always getting messed up and it tends to be a very bad…
-
The 4K rate isn’t sky high. And half the things you listed are the survivors fault anyways (whether it be because of a teammate or yourself or the team as a whole).
-
I would also like to add that his add ons are mostly useless, or have too little of an effect on his power.
-
I agree with @CoalTower . The skill of the survivor is correctly identifying patterns in the killer’s behavior (Slinger, Nurse, and even Spirit) and using that to your advantage. If you are unpredictable, it makes their job even harder. They might be a bit unfun to play against if you don’t understand their counterplay,…
-
Fair enough. Maybe just have her traps have a range in which they can’t be placed near hooked survivors.
-
I don’t see why that’s an issue. It offers a unique style of gameplay where you are forced to deceive her with your general location and make reads on what she will do. The only other change I would maybe suggest is automatically resetting her power gauge to 50% everytime she phases so she isn’t constantly short bursting…
-
Maybe I placed Nurse a bit too harsh on my list. I generally just hate her add ons and power bugs. Spirit does not need anything too drastic in my opinion, but she does need a couple nerfs. Freddy is not perfect (as I said I don’t really like his add ons too much) but he’s still a really good killer with good perk…
-
If anything I would maybe put Freddy into slight changes needed. His power is currently fine and when played correctly he still can be a threat, but now he just isn’t as oppressive as he used to be in my opinion.
-
Spirit is fine. She just has a strong add on set that could use minor nerfing and needs an indicator when she begins phasing to give the survivor some sort of information going into chase with her.
-
Ghost Face reveal mechanic just feels bad from both sides. I think there needs to be a rework of that specifically. Also, he is too add on reliant, and should be buffed in how fast his power gauge refills. He does also have some very lackluster add ons beyond the few good ones he has. Myers is definitely good in the right…
-
I would personally like to see some add on adjustments for Oni. Some are good, some are bad. Top knot is still kind of ridiculous. And maybe increase his base rate at which he passively builds his meter because he really needs a good early game to snowball properly. Nothing too wild of a change though.
-
I say mostly for her buggyness as well as her having quite bad add ons overall. She is a good killer on paper, but why so many people don’t want to play her is she can be too janky to learn and she gets frustrating. But I do think she needs another add on overhaul because she has like 2 useful add on sets.
-
Even though Wraith can handle the perk better than the others doesn’t mean Myers, Ghost Face, Pig, and even Deathslinger (with M&A) deserve to be stuck with the aftermath of a perk that defeats their purpose.
-
So we just gonna play the game sideways now? I don’t think that’s a fair “counter”. I still don’t mind the perk triggering when a killer is approaching, but it can constantly trigger, removing any sort of stealth the killer may have to attempt to get closer for a hit on the survivor unexpectedly.
-
While yes, maps/tiles do need some adjusting (which is kind of the point of the whole Realm Beyond thing), that doesn’t mean perks shouldn’t be looked at as well. Why not make changes to both?
-
I’m just putting my thoughts out there on 2 overlooked strong perks that can be very impactful on killer’s momentum, similar to how DS used to. If you want to bring the game closer to balance, I think perks like these need some sort of small adjustment to bring down their strength just a bit.
-
Never said their synergy was the big problem. It’s just that they are ridiculously strong and no one realizes it. One basically mutes you as a survivor, removing one of the killer’s senses. The other basically is free information significantly more ahead of time than a killer’s terror radius. I don’t really have trouble…
-
As a Wraith and Myers main, I would like to see Spine Chill nerfed a tad bit to keep it from completely countering my stealth abilities.
-
Really similar to mine. I could understand some of the subtle differences tho for a few killers. My only gripes would be Doctor and Plague.
-
For me, Nurse is just too map dependent. Spirit counter play to me is harder than Nurse counter play. Plus anyone can be a good spirit. It’s hard to become a good Nurse (for most players). Maybe I’m missing something with Demo, but I just feel some of the aspects of his kit (killer instinct and undetectable namely) are too…
-
I personally think Pig is a bad killer too, but I have to admit that when her RBTs RNG works I her favor than she can be very lethal. See my previous comment about legion. Wraith could arguably be a little lower than he is but B tier is definitely where he belongs (in my opinion).
-
I placed Doctor based on addons/no addons. His tracking is phenomenal, he has a smal bit of game delay with madness III, his anti-loop is decent (just hard to master), and with add-ons/perks he can be very gimmicky in good ways. Trapper is too set up & addon reliant and can have his power denied by good survivors.…
-
If a team knows they’re going against legion all they have to do is spread out and he no longer has a power. Being injured for good survivors means nothing too half the time anyways. That’s why he is the worst killer.
-
As a consistent red rank killer myself, I find Wraith to be very good at handling most red rank teams (some red rank teams aren’t truly deserving of being in red ranks tbh but that’s just how the game is). I might be biased in that Wraith is one of my mains that I have mastered quite well, but I honestly think he has way…
-
I meant more that one of Plague's should be basekit. Same with Pig. Sorry I didnt make that clear lol.
-
Nurse if you can master her. Which to be honest I dont think many people can do, cause I feel it's so rare to run into a good Nurse these days. So next would be Spirit. She is not that hard to master, & is quite common. Then I would probably say Freddy. Arguably the easiest killer to play in the game & has a kit that helps…
-
Also have to take into account that most people are probably keeping crossplay on. The game is able to throw these players into matches no problem, while it has to take time to find survivors on the same system as you that also do not want crossplay on or that are available to be in a match with you. You are basically…
-
The Game is probably my favorite as killer because the map is designed in a way that's generally more fair towards killers (though there are still some strong loops for survivors). As survivor, I would say my favorite is probably Lery's because there are more windows to utilize (less pallet reliability which I like for a…

If I'm being honest, I don't think Iri-head hatchets are that OP. But I also understand how to dodge & juke Huntress's hatchets quite well while other players might not. Literally all they need to do to fix iri-head is give a small distance requirement to the addon & change it so it only removes 3 hatchets instead of 4. A…

I would say within the next 2 weeks. Hasn't been announced yet but we are about due for the next chapter to start being teased at any point now.
-
They just need to balance around SWF. Give solo queues some buffs to equal everything out (information buffs mostly). & make killers strong enough to at least threaten a sweaty SWF enough to not be considered a pushover killer.
-
They only reverted one of the 2 changes they made to his kit after his PTB release (this being the dissipation rate, his heat gain rate is the same). I agree that something needed changing because they basically gave him a limitation to his chainsaw that never even activated unless you forced yourself to. While I do think…

I was playing Trapper. I was on the Father Campbell's Church map with basement in the church & the safety window at the top of the steps (though I kept it trapped). The start of the match I let one gen go unpressured as I trapped the hell out of the church. I managed to quickly down one survivor right after & put them in…
-
Ahem. Head On would like a word with you.
-
The way to play solo survivor when you realize your team isn't competent is to be selfish. If a team of mine is not helping me in any way to get the gens done & escape, then I play by the hatch/EGC. It at least improves my experience in that case because of just how unreliable solo queues tend to be. To be honest, the part…
-
Usually dailies or challenges. Sometimes if I see a key. Definitely if the team only consists of Claudettes, Neas, & Fengs. It's a proven fact that those teams are toxic.
-
The game is quite scary. Have you ever been chased by a Nea with a flashlight while Feng & Dwight are being gen jockies & David is looping you on the busted Ormond map? That's some scary stuff right there if you ask me.
-
Ace in the Hole, Plunderer's Instinct, Pharmacy, & a increased chest amount offering. I like finding & gifting fellow survivors. Hex: Retribution, Hex: Haunted Ground, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, & Hex: Devour Hope. Makes it a fun game as they try so desperately to find which token needs to be destroyed before they all are…
-
I would say Candyman, but I don't think we are gonna see him until the movie releases. Not sure what the current release date for the movie is, but if it has been postponed again I think the devs plans are gonna change & we will get something else (whether it be licensed or original). It could still be Candyman even if the…

Yeah I thought I was tripping when Ghost Face was locked for me (though I bought him on release). They said it's an issue that is happening due to the Steam maintenance though. So it should be resolved easily & shouldn't remove player progress on said characters since it has to do with something outside of the game.
-
I don't see why people are upset over killer lock. Survivors have no idea who the killer is & they just make their own builds theorizing who they could be up against. Even if I'm like a Hag for example & I end up against a bunch of flashlighters that I can't change my killer on, I just see it as a challenge & play it out.…
-
I wish I was having the same experience. I feel like I've been playing French Fry Simulator all day because everyone I'm with/against is a potato. It hasn't been fun carrying every single game today, & I'm not even trying to make myself sound like a god tier survivor. The teams I'm being paired with have just been that…
-
They said they have been calculating ppl's MMR for a while now. The system should be working decently at least if they are properly calculating MMR. Like it's significantly worse than the previous matchmaking system in that not a single match today have I had a competent team. I'm just voicing my thoughts on how it is…

It's literally just a paragraph. Why would I space out the sentences for a brief post...

Best solo queue perk to me is Iron Will. You can almost never rely on your team to heal you or bank on the chance that you find a medkit (if you don't bring one yourself). With Iron Will, you don't need either of those & you can just play more immersed to stay alive. But usually if I run Iron Will, I always accompany it…
-
Hatch shouldn't go (for use by keys that is), but the whole hatch opening for last survivor & Endgame Collapse process should. Tru3ta1ent had a good idea before where once there is only one survivor left, a timer begins automatically. During this time, the survivors position is intermittently revealed to the killer…

I want the devs to answer what their thought process is on this addon during the next Q&A. There's no way they can explain a logical reason for running this addon & keep a straight face. If any one of the devs can give me any reason how this addon is effective, then I won't ever question their choices in coming up with…
