I completely agree and have to add: I think some of the things you mentioned need to have skill checks instead. Plague fountains and mending, for example, are a form of healing. Why there’s no skill checks?
-
I don’t “hate” on anyone but I had to permanently turn crossplay off because playing solo survivor is kind of an impossible challenge. My ps4 random teammates are beasts to the point I’m always the weakest looper in the game, always play as a team, save before second hook stage etc. As soon as I play with pc people none of…
-
The dude can hit people through obstacles without getting any kind of fatigue like Nurse does. He is fine.
-
Yes its fine. If every survivor cleanse a totem as soon as the trial starts there’s only one remaining and they only lost like 10 seconds. Proof of NOED being fine is how it’s useless against good survivors. It could even use a buff if you ask me. The only nerf I would agree to is to show the exposed status effect before…

Lmao

Trapper. Having been playing Trapper for thousands of hours I know how a single succesful trap can snowball and I’m TERRIFIED by him to the point I won’t even try to loop and just keep running straight. Pyramid Head. His long range is BS and always has been. I’m okay with Nurse because although she can go through obstacles…
-
I have literally never seen a Huntress not camping every hook.
-
Hexes are a thousand times stronger but too easily countered by simply cleansing the totem while boons can be applied again and again.
-
That’s quite a lot of “widening “ things ahah I’m literally going from full meta sweat competitive lobbies to people without any knowledge… I don’t know why that happens but i for sure don’t like it.
-
I’ve been here since launch on console, I’ve experienced everything… sadly. Still, if you drop a safe pallet there’s not much Wraith can do. Doc’s ability to deny you from dropping it makes a huge difference for me. I’m not saying he’s Nurse, just that he and all other M1 killers can be considered of the same tier, and…
-
They can’t use the pallet if you have just shocked them. Wraith just got nerfed to the point he can’t deny a safe loop anymore; Doc can always deny a safe loop by shocking with the right timing. There’s no comparison honestly.
-
Hmm have you ever played against a top tier doctor? I don’t think he’s bad at all. I think what you’re suffering is the true reason survivors are the power role: gens speed. If you get demolished is because gens goes too fast not because Doc is bad. I don’t see Doctor being worse than Trapper, Wraith etc. If you learn how…
-
Honestly I don’t get it either. I have always been a rank 1 killer until I stopped playing (around Trickster release) and being PS4/EU I can tell you the survivors I faced were absolute monsters at the game. Now that MMR is on and I started playing again (a month ago) with cross play OFF it seems like nothing has changed,…
-
Switch is literally unplayable. Ps4 feels better than two months ago but still not good and loading times are endless. Also let’s not forget DbD broke my ps4 Pro because it took them like 4 years to remove the little fire particles from the offering screen.
-
Glad to see I’m not the only one, I was starting to think my internet had issues. Tests didn’t show any problem but you never know. Oh well, they messed up again.
-
She’s still op and always will. As long as she can close long gaps and then miss a hit without getting stunned LIKE EVERY OTHER KILLER she will be overpowered.
-
This would actually be healthy for the game so it will be ignored.
-
I think Spirit is complete BS since her release and I agree she needs big nerfs but I disagree with many of your points; I will explain why and how. By making her glass visibly doing something different when she phase you completely kill her mindgames at pallets. By increasing her cooldown when not in a chase you decrease…
-
Trapper op pls nerf
-
Thank you very much. But if you rebind circle to pallets you won’t be able to move your camera when you have to drop a pallet and honestly I could never play the game like that. I suggest you don’t do that unless you play claw.
-
Then that’s the problem because by default the Pallet/Vault button on PS4 is the same as Interactions. I don’t know if I can change that but I doubt it - and it would be so hard to adjust muscle memory. Will check the settings as soon as I can my god what is it with all these edits I’m using the forum on my phone and I…
-
Okay wait I don’t know how PC works but on PS4 it’s the same button for every interaction. Pallets, Vaulting, Gens, SC, Unhook, Chests, Totems, Recover, Heal and Victor are all on R1 isn’t that always M1 on pc? I can’t remap one of these interactions to a different button. edit; misspelled buttons
-
I mean I’ve been only playing survivor for a short time, I think I faced Twins like... 20 times, approximatively? But i am 100% sure that I can’t interact with anything (PS4) while I have Victor on because if I press R1 my character will only interact with victor - even while I’m running.
-
Wait... can you drop pallets while you have Victor on? I can’t.
-
Lmao.
-
Déjà-vu.
-
Yes please. This makes a lot of sense.
-
First part, okay I see that. People are the problem in that case, not the perk itself; I disagree on the second part. As I said, there are MANY times where self care makes the difference between life and death, even if you have a medkit (which will have double uses if you bring SC, btw). It’s all about the end game. One or…
-
I don’t know why it is hated, i could think of at least 2-3 games every day where I’d die without it but survive instead because I’ll be able to heal in a critical situation. Btw, Botany Knowledge provides a bigger boost to healing, but Resilience boosts your vaulting speed too. Honestly try one then the other then both…
-
Okay seriously what is this
-
Op, I am not a survivor main. I mainly played killer and started consistently playing survivor with the infamous 4.5 patch. I already made a thread about my experience in solo Q, and how that has been dreadful. Having that said, I’ll honestly answer your questions: The stun bug must be fixed asap, obviously. I only get…
-
Every time I go against a Nurse I’ll stealth most of the trial and she’ll never find me, and I will die in the end because my three teammates will play bold and cocky without even attempting to hide, and try to loop her like they’d do with a Billy. If you REALLY have a problem against the Nurse start running stealth perks…
-
Oh okay that’s fair. I get your point and I may agree, but you have to admit that is not what the op said and not what I was answering to. NOED is not in need of a nerf. As you said, it could use a rework. Fine by me.
-
Probably because it’s the only killer they feel confident in front of an audience. It’s very hard to bully a Huntress with half-decent aim.
-
Uhmmm okay honestly I can relate to the op ahah but with some exception. I would have put Twins and Huntress in the lowest tier, IMO they’re the most boring to go against just the same as Spirit. On the opposite, to me Nurse and Billy would both be S tier.
-
You too, good stuff
-
If when a trial starts every survivor touches a totem there’s only 1 remaining and they lost 10 seconds of genrush. When I do play solo survivor and NOED pops up I don’t blame the killer or the game, I blame my teammates. It’s on the survivor’s end, it’s not debateable, they have to do 5 totems which takes 10 seconds and…
-
The solution is not to remove SWF. SWF isn’t bad. People are. I have played against many chill SWF teams that didn’t try to ruin my enjoyment nor played excessively sweaty, there’s no reason to keep people from having fun with friends. The problem here are those teams that absolutely need to win and will exploit everything…
-
This is exactly why there needs to be an obsession every game even if there’s no perk involved
-
I agree. Lets just remove it.
-
“For 3 gens straight” is what I read. That’s not the entire game. In the reds, that’s the first 90 seconds. BTW not blaming on the op at all, it’s just that is that simple to prevent NOED you don’t get to complain about it. Blame the teammates then, not the killer and not the devs.
-
I’ll be the one giving an unpopular opinion here, but I think her exhaustion perk is useless and the other two are extremely strong.
-
You clearly don’t know how to apply map pressure and have a bad gaming chair. /s
-
Couldn’t agree more with everything you said. Literally every killer in the game with the ability to gain distance fast has a drawback if he messes up. Billy, LF, Nurse, Legion, they all get stunned in some way. Even the skillshot ones gets the same treatment (different mechanics, but same concept: distance) as Slinger…
-
What the hell is a tech
-
That’s so a Nea.
-
Okay guys not to play devil’s advocate but op has a point. In fact, I couldn’t find a single game as killer since MMR went on. We’re talking about 20-30 minutes waiting only to see a “ failed matchmaking “ message. That’s actually why I started playing survivor.
-
Hope, Adrenaline, Wake Up and No One Left Behind, then suicide on first hook
-
I’m extremely happy because I know it’ll going to be a relaxing game where otherwise it’s either be sweatier than them or lose.
-
Okay I’ll prove you wrong. A gen takes 80 seconds with no great skill checks, no toolboxes, no perks and a single survivor. That means that if you find and chase a survivor for 30 seconds from the start of the match (and that means you’re a good killer if you down someone in 30 seconds) you lose three gens. You then turn…
