I know the queue times are unacceptable as they are with the 2v8 on right now. I get it 100%. But sadly it's a part of it. Look back then before MMR was introduced, which turned the game into a sweat feast. Before the MMR queue, it would take like 5 minutes before you could join a match, that was how it back then. But…

You got one more day before the chill players get forced back to the 1v4.
-
Chill some people are 2v8 mains. Some of us don't want to touch the 1v4 mode. And ironically they might benefit from the 2v8 mode since it's new player friendly. Think about it in this game you need 1000s of hours to get most of the perks unlocked now. With this mode if your new, you just buy and it play it at an even…
-
You got to consider we don't know the numbers for the console players. Which is the biggest player base. And to be honest I'm surprised they extended it, to which is a shocker to me. Since I assumed they would not based on the steam numbers. But If they extended it I'm going to assume they have their reasons. You also got…

Wouldn't make a difference since people don't really use Public chats In ANY online game, as people did in the past. It seems that online public headset use is down in most games. People now a days prefer to be on group chats instead of public. Also I played a different asymmetrical game that has public chat, and people…
-
Maybe to new players. But people really are sleeping on the scout class. That class is by far the strongest class for decent survivors to play as. Rebuilding pallets is a really strong ability that all the killers struggle to play against, with the exception of nurse.
-
Basically I feel like he's kind of right. I think with time the queue would fix itself, if it became permanent. Even I was saying the same thing when the first iteration came out. I feel like if they make this mode permanent, that people would eventually find their preferred role. And with time it would even itself out.…
-
Sitting it out till they bring 2v8 back, hopefully as permanent expanded mode. Till then enjoy the same I must escape/get a 4k EVERY single match to have fun mentality that seems to be prevalent in this game. The one game where seemingly a good portion of the player base wants to only have one game mode. Like the same mode…
-
From my perspective when I would play this game, some people would give up when they saw the match was a lost cause. It's pretty easy to tell within in the first minute what the outcome would be. So maybe in the bigger picture it kind of can tell what's going on that particular match. Hence the match may have already been…
-
I get that the queue times got bad, I know they did I saw it. But from MY point it view I rather wait some time to join a match I actually had fun in, rather than get a quick unfun, and or frustrating match. But thats my two cents.
-
They most likely will. Since in a way this would be the casual mode. Since everyone would have an equal chance. No leveling up to unlock perks. The main game requires to many hours for new players now. This mode could potentially allow actual casual players to not have to spend hundreds of hours unlocking perks.
-
Admittedly I have not played the 1v4 in over 2 years. But from my recollection I found the 2v8 way more fun as compared to what was the 1v4, at the time when I would play it at least. For both roles I personally prefer the 2v8.
-
It would easily overtake the 1v4, if it had more maps, and more classes, and all the killers the game has to offer. There's no competition.
-
I think the queue would fix itself with time. Since if you think about some people have literally been waiting YEARS to play killer with a friend. I know I was waiting for this mode for years at this point. People will eventually find their favorite mode. I think it was an avalanche of people wanting to play as killer,…
-
Nurse players usually come on two spectrums. Either they are good, or they are not good at playing her. Now if they are good then it's usually a wrap for the survivors. BUT if the are not good then it's a game over for one. Since they won't be getting any downs.
-
Ironically in a way 2v8 is MORE balanced than the 1v4. I have personally not played the game in over 2 years. Just got back, just for the 2v8, not planning on touching 1v4. But when I last played 1v4 it was the same story in solo, survivors not touching gens. And based on what I seen on YouTube they seems to have nerfed…
-
I don't understand why people would be upset that 2v8 is a more enjoyable mode for some people. Like for me personally, it brought me back after taking a 2 year break from this game. THIS mode brought me back to this game. This is the most fun I had in this game since I began playing it. I could see this mode overtaking…
-
An indifferent option would have been the way. I just view it as as a part of the game.
-
I threw the towel away. They nerfed MOST of the decent survivor perks, and worst of all they nerfed my must have perk spine chill. Yet they nerfed some killer perks, but they buffed the slowdown perks. They turned tunneling and camping into valid gameplay "tactics". Yet for the most part they mostly nerfed solo Q, because…
-
Apparently so... Some even say it's as strong as pre-nerfed Object Of Obsession 😂
-
Wait... You forgot one, spine chill is up there with DH as a OP meta survivor perk...
-
I think "weak" is subjective. Sure myers and ghostface may be "weak" vs the top 10% of the survivor players. But they may be decent vs the bottom 90% of survivors. The point of the perks is to tell you if a undetectable killers are coming towards you. We can already hear the heart beat at 32 meters for most killers, or at…
-
Nerf this... Nerf that... Like smh...
-
Yeah I don't, nor have I ever ran DH for a large period of time. I do just fine with sprint burst.
-
There is nothing people don't want nerfed in this game lmao. Like turning one of the decent perks into a useless perk. It's not OP, it can be countered. Would you guys rather see more spine chills or DH/BT, since that's the perks I see you guys always complaining about. If anything you guys should put more energy into…
-
New game mode. And new maps. Even a 8 vs. 2 killer game mode would freshen the game up.
-
Nerfing the concept of boons would been a much better idea. Only allow the user to heal from the boon, and get the bonus speed. And the something with every other boon. That way boons could stay strong but only apply the users, and not be super SWF perk.
-
Spine chill is not necessarily OP. I use it mainly to tune out of the game when I play survivor. Sometimes I just like to tune out in the background to listen to the T.V, or a video. It's a casual perk to allow me to focus on other things since it's boring to sit there and focus on a gen. If the perk where to get nerfed…
-
The invisibly over M2 attacks, such as getting directly hit by a hatchet. And the ability to dead hard over traps.
-
I agree, it really does seem some just wanna get the 4 sacrifices each round. People got to understand this a heavily RGN game, so realistically the RGN can favor one side over the other. And this a multiplayer game, now you can get to a point where you can get 4 sacrifices in most of your game's. But even the best killer…
-
Yeah they definitely should look at this add-on. It literally ruins the game not allowing survivors to essentially play the game.
-
Loop him behind a giant rock... There you go boom. That's the key to success when playing vs. the trickster.
-
Just assume any username such as hex, or any odd name is steam. Since we can change our username to whatever we want, at whatever time. We don't have to pay the 10 bucks to change our name :), nor do we have restrictions. Our usernames tend to be the most unique, since can put whatever we want.
-
No since even if the 4 survivors bring a totem they would have set it up and go to their boon. So it's not like how it is now since one survivor can bring circle of healing, and boom upgraded self-heal for everyone. The whole squad has unlimited heals. And not only that survivors would have let go of another perk in their…
-
It's either that or boons are probably going to get nerfed into the ground since everyone is complaining about them... I rather boons stay strong, even if I'm only getting the benefits. Plus every perk in this game only applies to one's self. So it's the fair thing to do. One could still build a healing build around circle…
-
Honestly them nerfing the whole concept of boons would be the easiest solution. It would be more fair if they keep boons strong, but for those that own the perk. So that way the only user can get the benefit, not the whole squad.
-
She is not "weak" though. She is a solid B tier. She can create strong pressure, because she has great map pressure. I played her, and sure while she is not on artist or blight level. She is not weak as everyone is claiming. But I do think she needs a buff to increase her map pressure. And when you look at it the last true…

The only non-famous names that I have heard people use outside of the forums are sluzzy and pulsar, and mandytalks. So those are the non-famous people that I seen that have some prominence outside of the forums. Since scottjund, and the legion guy uses the forums as well. But those are known outside of these forum.
-
Oh man you came over here now bruh... Greeting, but are you really the real Borisky? But I do believe it's survivor sided. But not because of what people may think. The reason I believe it's survivor sided is because it's a 1v4, it's only logical for me. It's the numbers game, in video games the team with more players…
-
The game needs new game modes.
-
Not the self-care part for the survivor who set up the totem. But the fact that the whole squad can heal with it.
-
I honestly enjoy their original killers more than the license ones. But with the exception of nemesis since they added zombies with him.
-
I see you point. But the thing is we are talking about 4 human brain vs. 1 human brain. Even with some built in advantage for the 1 side in this game, the 4 brains can easily outplay the 1 brain as seen on a daily basis.
-
It's the laws of nature. The side with more players has the advantage in most videogames. I don't many games where the side with less players has an advantage.
-
I don't believe anything that has to do with gameplay is toxic. Now a player holding someone for 2 hours in a corner that is toxic. And a player hacking that is toxic. Anything else related to gameplay is not toxic. That includes killer hitting on hook, and or tunneling at 5 gens, or even camping at 5 gens. And a survivor…
-
It would be nice if tricksters could hold his main event. That's a nice change that has been wanted for a while, at least for me who has been playing him since the beginning. The 50 knifes might be a bit much as I saw on his latest PTB. But yes, the ricochet blade would be a helpful edition if it became base in my opinion.…
-
It's inherently survivor sided because it's a 4v1. It's the numbers game, I don't know many games where the 1 player has an advantage over the 4. By it's nature the side with 4 players will have an easier time than the side with 1 player. And yes, it's even more survivor sided when the 4 players happen to know how to play…
-
Yes I find his power fun, since it's the closest thing we have to a machine gun. But yeah I know, some make him seem like he's the best thing since sliced bread. But when you play him, you realize he's weak if survivors have the basic knowledge that high objects negate his ability.
-
Yeah cause it's a 4v1, just by that it can't be competitive. And to add the cherry on top... the game is too RNG based to be competitive as well.
-
Yeah some people act as if they are playing for a million dollars prize each round.
