This was reported back in the 8.2.0 PTB and it was ignored. I don't know why they can't just add a Gamma slider like every other game in existence.

Looks like it was because we were the last ones alive. The invitations disable when 3 people are dead. In my case, 3 people DC'ed on us.

Apparently after getting bloodlust 1 during a chase, the killer with an invitation charge can expose you and then down you.

He doesn't need to rebuild stalk progress as long as he doesn't injure you. If you revealed him at 99%, he only needed to stalk 1% more once he got his charge back. If it was only 10 seconds, he could be hacking, but without a video, it's hard to tell.

The question would be then was after exposing him, did he just walk up to you and hit you right away with the instant down? Or did he chase you for at least 15 seconds? They buffed his Night Shroud ability so it only has a 20 second recovery now and even less with the matchbook addon.

In previous anniversaries, you'd get both randomly regardless of what side you were playing on. It was always easiest to get them as killer because you didn't even have to kill anyone. Just find the shrine, then play the match out. This year could always be different though.

We're not sure. My wife took a break from the game and recently starting playing again in 6.7.0 just before the Singularity came out. GF can 99% stalk a person without you knowing. Then when they're right on top of you, they pop stealth, tap stalk and insta-down you all in less than a second. Without a video or clip, it's hard to say exactly what happened.

Working on a gen after evading the killer, kicked out of the game, DC penalty applied. Platform: PC, Steam Had a muted Twitch stream up on another monitor and so I know my network didn't go down.

Unbreakable is by yourself picking yourself up. This requires 2 survivors that crawled to each other at 95% health recovery progress.

Airhorn. When nearby, you hear it. From far away, it does a generic loud noise notification to all survivors and the killer. Would be useful to draw the killer to pretend like I'm blowing up my 5% gen while a 95% is being finished and a window or locker isn't nearby. Second game I played, the killer immediately quit 10 seconds into the match. The challenge completed.

PC Steam, wife escaped through the hatch (2 gens left) using Kate, 0/2 progress displayed afterwards. 2nd time she escaped through the hatch (1 gen left) using Kate, 1/2 progress. 3rd time was through the exit door to complete the challenge.

This is the big thing. This could be a great perk if the range was far enough that I could use it on a basement-hooked survivor from the floor above it.

I tried this out using Remote Play on my Steam Deck, and while the game looked great, the frame rate and input delay from Remote Play using wifi did make it difficult to play as both Killer (countering jukes) and Survivor (skill checks). It's sad because the game will run great on the Steam Deck otherwise.

Same. Against Myers, the tier down music happened but the Exposed icon never disappeared. Even though the icon was showing I was exposed, I was able to take a hit from healthy without going down, so it's just a display bug.

I doubt it, but for 3 blink nurse: Use the crappy 3 blink addon, get a farm game going, stand next to the person and use all 3 blinks on top of them then yoink. Best during events.

Just allow for players to add DBD Mobile's bots to Custom Games to fill slots. You get access to all perks/addons and can test with your friends.

I was able to do it without swinging. I could also climb up the bump and vault into the tractor as well.

Humble Bundle is a $1 more than Steam, unless you have the Humble Choice discount. Oddly enough, this is the first DLC I noticed where there's a price difference vs. Steam.

DBD Mobile is introducing Killer and Survivor bots for when players disconnect from the game. If it works out, would be nice to have it in the non-mobile version. A potato survivor bot is better than a DC.

Deranking means that person is just throwing games or DCing a lot, which sucks for everyone else in the match. I'd rather the feature be effective at red ranks/high MMR and not force someone to have to downrank to play with new friends.

The big issue in this case is that the grind gets harder and less rewarding the further you get into the tomes. Tome challenges increase in difficulty but not the reward. It takes you longer to progress through the tome, but your progression rate through the rift also slows down because the rewards aren't porportional to…

The math says that with 100% completion of all archive challenges, it will still take 8 games to complete EVERY DAY (for the bonus XP). Depending on your queue times, that can be upwards to 2-3 hours a day every day. Average players don't got time for that. I don't know what's an "average player" to a DBD dev though.
