I think this mode should be more casual and survivor sided.
-
Killers have been toxic all event. As I type this I am bleeding out to a knockout and no hook Chucky. Game is pretty much unplayable.
-
What if I'm going for my adept, can I use UB then?
-
Who gets looped endlessly in this game anymore?
-
3 k is a win and if you close the hatch you're probably going to get a 4k anyway. Just take the win and get to the next match.
-
High MMR isn't even real. I have 1000s of hours and die probably 80 percent of my games, but apparently am still in the sweat zone of high MMR where I absolutely need to be slugged apparently. If you're a killer and you're not going for your adept, I think you're a dick for slugging. Just find the hatch and play the gate…
-
Every killer I played against slugged. ######### boring as ######### mechanic. Done playing survivor for a while. So damn tedious.
-
I play both and killer is definitely the easiest it's ever been. I'm an okay killer and I do lose once in a while, but most of my games are 3 or 4 games by a large percentage.
-
For real though. Weird flex by OP, be if it makes him happy so be it I guess.
-
Yeah, I want to like 1v4, but I play a game or two and am Immediately dejected. Let's face it, 1v4 is comp mode and 2v8 is casual mode. Let the sweats keep their 1v4 mode, add some variety to 2v8 and let's keep it a permanent game mode. Let us use our BP offerings in 2v8 though.
-
Nah. This is supposed to be a chill mode for both sides. The last thing this needs is MMR.
-
Killer wait times are crazy. Almost an hour for me on a Saturday afternoon.
-
I've played 14 killer games since rank reset. 55/56 survivors have been killed. I don't even consider myself that good of a killer. I run one gen slow down perk of any. Killer has never been easier. Do I lose games? Yes. Genrushed super hard? Occasionally. Every game? Lol, nope.
-
It isn't. Not worth the trade off to have someone in the basement for 60 seconds and then end up being broken the rest of the match.
-
I usually stick around if I didn't like how the killer played. Or for emblem purposes if I'm trying to draw out a little more time in a shorter match. When I'm killer I just chase them out. I usually nod back at them because mostly I don't care, but even on the off chance they did ruffle my feathers, I don't want them to…
-
I preferred three gen merchant over this debacle. At least I'd get BP and an easy PIP. She's just new old Legion now.
-
They should inventive staying in the match. More BP or shards. They should also only have salt mines for DCers and people who kill themselves on hook have to be stuck playing with each other.
-
Too much aura reading perks in this game.
-
Left behind was tough. Complete the last gen and escape by gates as the last survivor. A lot has to go just right for that one to work. Farmed it. Only legitimately achieved that after the fact one time.
-
I don't run windows though. I'm guessing you do though, since that's apparently the only perk you think is affected by blindness.
-
I play solo and run Empathy, Detective's Hunch, and Counterforce.
-
Yeah. The blindness is what is annoying.
-
I hate games and movies that are too dark. I mean I guess I'll try a game or two to see if this is fun, but I have my doubts.
-
Yep. Get to solo as a red rank player and immediately find yourself with survivors that AFK, DC, or Kobe themselves to death. Chases that last all of 15 seconds. Get close to ranking up, but nope. Here is 3 depips in a row because someone didn't like the killer they were up against or got downed first. Sucks
-
Nah, you'd still have people that would play ranked to get there BP rewards on the 13th. Not to mention you could make casual mode more casual by having respawns or other ways to make it so you don't just get eliminated.
-
If it takes years to implement a way to view teammates perks, I'd hate to know how long this do nothing mechanic took. And for what? Regardless of your take on camping/proxy camping/tunnelling, this was an absolute waste of resources by BHVR.
-
The AMA are always a joke. They just answer meme questions, give nothing answers, or just outright ignore good questions. That said, I found this video pretty lame. They have changed perks that It's has found to be problematic. He, like many players and streamers are just annoyed that MMR got tweaked and he doesn't get…
-
Trickster seems like he's going to be terrible to play against now. I already disliked him enough before. MFT change is pretty bad too, but classic BHVR. Smaller maps are pretty fair though. 2/10 patch.
-
Eh. Sweaty killers every single game. Not that many BP. Once you complete the challenges there is no progression. The void thing and the ghost thing could be cool eventually, but definitely nothing of note right now. If you're having a different experience though, I'm glad you're enjoying it.
-
Not splitting hairs, but I agree with OP. Not sure what the point of this even is.
-
Add me to the list as well. PS5. Other games are working. Wired Internet.
-
Exactly. Yeah some games that I depip, I'm the dude that gets caught first and just plays terrible and dies pretty quickly. But many games it's because a survivor doesn't like the killer and leaves the game early, causing another survivor to do the same. No unhooks. No gens. Even if you farm with the killer the rest of the…
-
Disagree. He has absolutely no downsides whereas all other killers do (with the exception of maybe Wesker as well). You can't have a killer with that strong of a power with zero downside. You could nerf him a little bit and he'd still be plenty strong.
-
I've always said the best way to prevent early Kobe self kills is to have Kobe attempts cost in game blood points. I'd shoot for 8k as the number. That would persuade some people to stay in the game, but more importantly you would have to stay in the game long enough to accrue blood points in the first place to try to Kobe…
-
Hooks should just be treated like the cages. Maybe not during EGC or after all five gens are done if you want to give killers the option to secure a kill or potentially snow ball.
-
I love going against Demo. Hopefully I'll see him again within the next year. And the twins are survivors now.
-
Wraith is the new Freddy (before was gutted)
-
I farm singularity challenges. He's too clunky for my abilities.
-
Lol. They definitely don't all chase.
-
Lol. Played three games this morning. Hard camped in the first two. Killer camped someone else in game three. Just boring as all hell. Can't wait for some of these "legitimate play styles" to get the kibash.
-
Let me bottom line this one for you. If you're going to run that build because of Made For This, you were going to run this same build or something similar anyway. Because winning games is important to you. If survivors lost all of their perks, you would still run strong builds. Because you want to win. If survivors…
-
If you can play Friday the 13th The Game competitively, you can definitely play DBD competitively.
-
In your scenario I would consider that tunneling. You paid for the game, you can play how you like, but yeah other people are not going to love getting found and eliminated from the game in four minutes (especially during an event). My general rule of thumb is once the game gets down to two gens, then I want to start…
-
I think basekit unbreakable with three or four survivors is a recipe for disaster. That said, once the game is down to two survivors, basekit unbreakable should absolutely be a thing. The whole slug the last guy and then hang just out of terror radius or wait four minutes while the other survivor hides is so atrociously…
-
I think it's a well designed perk and hope they take their time to make any changes with it. I play more survivor than killer, but I can't say I feel over powered going up against it as killer (yet).
-
I dislike Wesker because A) I just play against him too much. Same as Huntress used to be. When half your matches are against one killer, it stinks. B) Most of them use Lethal Pursuer it sucks to have a killer on you in less than three seconds of the start of the game. C) Latency issues make him difficult to counter at…
-
I would not marry the Hag. I'd feel trapped. I'd marry the Huntress as she's big into family. I'd ######### the skull merchant, artist, plague, nurse, or spirit. I'd kill the pig because she's too mean and untrustworthy.
-
I don't mind farmers, but admittedly I've seen maybe 2 or 3 total in the last three years and I have thousands of hours in this game so it's not like I don't play enough to encounter more of them. I envy you people that see them enough to make a post on the forums complaining about them that's for sure.
-
He just seems too complicated. Honestly a ton of the new killers are too complicated for me. I always buy them and level them up, but rarely feel like spending the time to play them.
-
Lol. I love it too as killer. With the tunnel meta, it kinda sucks when you're playing survivor and you get a Wesker, Nurse, Huntress, or Blight that decides to eliminate you from the game in four minutes (or less) though
