You can't get it. I did it with Gostface (Stealth Mode into hit like 100 times). I tried with mirror myers. Only tier 1 myers. I used the Huntress addon, the Demo addon. I tried everything. Basic attacks, special attacks (idk what counts as "your weapon"). Short and sweet: It's bugged.
