Simple and temporary fix to Skull Merchant's lack of chase power
Make it so that either SM gains a Haste effect (similar to Clown's yellow bottle) while within the drone's active proximity, or make it so that Survivors are Hindered (movement speed reduction) when within a drone's active proximity. But make it so that when a Survivor becomes exposed from the drone, this effect no longer…

Licensed Survivors appearance rework.
A small indie studio that made a game Monsters and Mortals, a horror game, recently announced their Silent Hill DLC. Take a look at their version of Cheryl Mason... Now look at the comparison between a small indie team and a 600 employee dev team like Behavior. The difference is pretty colossal. Cheryl's resemblance in M&M…

Why cant Behavior show people's MMR?
If you really want to test and see if it's working, why aren't you showing people's rating? The only visual evidence that we have is the current outdated ranking system, but they're entirely irrelevant in this case. Other games, whether it's League or Starcraft, show people's MMR rating and you can get a good idea how…

Devotion Charm
A lot of people in the past have asked a reward of some sort for playing this game often. So I've been thinking, why not do something like a charm? A charm where it shows the Survivor's or Killer's devotion level. It could just be a glowing number attached to a chain, though I don't know what color it should be. It should…

If RE chapter follows Silent Hill...
Then that would mean BHR will take one major character from the first 3 or more games. If they follow the Stranger Things approach, adding two survivors (one male and one female) and 1 Killer, then it's likely the characters will be: Chris (from RE1) and Claire (from RE2), then Nemesis from RE3 or some other Killer from…

Huntress red add-on changes.
Iri Head is pretty much never going to be played because how it restrictive it is. Soldier's Puttee is completely useless because being a 115% Killer with no power isn't going to end chases quickly. Thoughts?

Describe yourself using 3 Survivor perks.
Like the title says, choose 3 Survivor perks that best describe you personality wise. For me, it's Spine Chill: Because I'm mostly aware of my surroundings and try to figure out if any trouble comes my way. Desperate Measures: Despite being in difficult and harsh conditions, I try adapting to it and just deal with it the…

Would you want an "alien" survivor?
So far there have only been human survivors while killers have more otherworldly creatures like Demogorgan and Pyramid Head. Do you think a humanoid "alien" survivor could be a good inclusion or do you think BHR should just stick to humans? EDIT: Personally, I would I it'd be interesting to see a new character that really…

The reason Cheryl was picked but not James
I think I know the reason why Cheryl was picked over James Sunderlund for the Silent Hill DLC. After all, James would have been a better fit since his nemesis is Pyramid Head. The subsequent chapter, Descend Beyond, has Felix as the next survivor and he looks VERY similar to James. That could be the reason as to why they…

Killer making mistakes is far more punishing than Survivors' mistakes.
If a Killer makes a mistake where they don't down a Survivor when an opportunity comes (ie. Huntress missing a shot, Bubba not using a charge, missed attack, etc), then it will prolong the chase by vast amount, meaning more time for gens to be completed. When a Survivor makes a mistake, there is still potential for the…
-
What do you consider a victory?
As a survivor, pipping is considered a win for me even if I do get sacrificed. For Killer, I consider 3 or more kills a win on my end.
-
Good and efficient way of playing Killer
Here's a strategy timeline for Killer that I won with numerous times against both Solos and SWF, using a plethora of killers. Now the purpose of this build is to immediately take out a Survivor in the early game and leave only 3 Survivors to work on gens. This will give the Killer a better edge of achieving that oh so…

A lot of issues and problems could be solved...
...if there was a replay system. Seriously, in a game like this where time and resource management is important, it desperately needs a replay mode. A lot of players who complain about getting gen-rushed or sacrificed too quickly could learn from their mistake once they re-watch themselves and others play. Like you can use…

Solution to Midwich Elementary School map issues
Most Killers and Survivors are put into a detrimental state where they can't easily maneuver around the map due to there being only 2 open main staircases that are on opposite corners of the map. Killers waste a lot of time trying to go up to the second floor because it's too darn far and time consuming. Survivors also…

What other video game licenses would you like in DBD?
Personally, I would want Resident Evil or Amnesia.

Spray Can: Item Concept
I've been thinking about what new items Survivors can use that aren't exclusive to events (fire crackers). And so I thought of something: Spray Cans. I thought of how Survivors can use items to strategically mark areas and inform themselves and others of what the Killer is doing. Here's an example: Spray Can (common)…

Now that we have Pyramid Head...
I think it's appropriate that we need the Silent Hill Nurse outfit for the Nurse.

How is it fair for chests to spawn keys?
From my experience ( don't know about you guys), almost every single time Survivors put themselves into a 3 gen situation, one of them miraculously finds a key and escapes along with their friends. All the prep work and effort the Killer had to do is now completely discarded because free escape keys. Why is this allowed…

Cosmetic Contest is split between Survivor and Killer?
In case any dev or mod is reading this, are the 2 winners supposed to be 1 Survivor skin and 1 Killer skin? So, you cannot have 2 Survivor or 2 Killer winners? Just curious since I'm currently working on a skin right now for the contest.
-
Question about the Cosmetic contest
So there can only be 2 winners for the contest. Does that mean the devs will choose 1 Survivor and 1 Killer? Or can the winners be both Survivor or Killer?

What if maps weren't randomly designed?
If Behavior made it so that every map has a set design with no random elements, would it benefit the game more ? In a way, maps COULD be more balanced since Behavior can have full control over god loops, safe loops, and unsafe loops benefiting the Killer in a way. In addition, players could actually use Map offerings…

Something I noticed when playing Killer
When the trial begins, I immediately approach 3 gens that are closest to each other so I can later protect that area just in case. Around 80-90% of the time, I would encounter 1 or more Survivors working on at least one of them. This may be all a coincidence but do you killers also notice this? Even if the 3 generators are…
-
What are some misunderstandings you had when first playing DBD.
For me it was NOED. Before I played DBD, I watched animated parodies about DBD and they would constantly mention Killers having NOED. And so for quite some time, I thought NOED was short for "No Education", which I thought Survivors would call Killers who would camp.

Worth getting Clown?
I've been thinking about getting more beneficial perks for Killers so I wanted Pop Goes The Weasel and (halfheartedly) Bamboozle. Is it worth getting him for these two perks or should I wait? Gonna use shards.
-
How to make Hex perks more viable and usable.
Hex perks are "high reward, high risk", they are powerful but its power is dependent on not getting cleansed in the early-mid game. There have been numerous occasions where players would encounter totems that end up spawning right next to a generator. To fix this issue but still maintain the whole "high reward, high risk"…

Whispers shouldn't activate from a hooked Survivor.
Whispers is a great detection perk for Killers, but I feel it's really weak and pointless when you're within the proximity of a hooked survivor. Thoughts?
-
The new MMR system should not be hidden but instead show letter tiers
The current ranking system goes from 20 - 1 and since it's frequently broken, it creates such disparities between survivors and killers and it's much more noticeable ( ie. rank 15 survivor paired with 20,2,4 ranks). So if the new MMR system had tiers starting from D to S ( D, C, B, A, S), it will greatly reduce the…
