so Nemesis new perk can have a 30 second cooldown but other killer perks can't?
I'm really curious who thought that this perk can have a 30 second cooldown while other perks like thrilling, oppression and surge have their cooldown unchanged. Please reduce the cooldowns because it would allow players to use them better and get less hindered by them (captain obvious I know)
