How long until killers complaining makes them backpedal?
So, everyone knows this forum is killer sided. You can already see the millions of threads howling to the moon screaming that, because Behaviour didn't just let killers instantly end the game and get a mori for free, the game is going to die. How long until they announce that, for some mysterious reason, "nevermind all we…

Sadako appreciation thread: Share your builds
So, Sadako is for some reason falsely accused of being the worst killer in DbD. As one of my favourite killers to play as, I find her quite fun and strong if you know how/when to drop chase and do hit and runs, and when to commit. My favourite Sadako build is usually: Sloppy Butcher Fearmonger Scourge Hook : Pain Call of…

So they slightly buffed Blast Mine after hard nerfing it
Kill a meme perk that virtually nobody used, and then slightly buff it. You really don't want survivors to have -any- actual alternatives to the same old boring perks we've been using for 6 years right? This is going to sound obvious, but in order to want to use a perk, the perk has to actually have a meaningful impact and…

If reworked "Pharmacy" = meta shakeup, please don't touch anything else
Same with other perks like Iron Will, Spine Chill, Calm Spirit, Bottany Knowledge, DS... I fear for the day you wake up and feel like "reworking" Adrenaline. It'll probably give you a 3 seconds sprint burst and then put you in the dying state with a -80% recovery speed. Just leave the good perks that were released when you…

The "How to Survive Wesker" article is missing crucial information
So they released this article : https://deadbydaylight.com/news/playing-against-wesker Giving you tips on how to survive Wesker. But I feel like it's missing vital pieces of information to get you ready to fight Wesker: 1. Get ready to get camped and tunnelled. Every Wesker camps and tunnels with 5 generators left. Since…

Why can't everyone play Pig
Seriously, the most fun matches are usually against Pig killers. You have the boring, predictable, always-ends-the-same-way matches versus Nurse, Spirit, Blight... Pig killers are precious. They tend to be very tunnelly and rarely give up on a chase, but they do it in a funny way. And because they're not nearly as powerful…

Does Wesker come with a tunnelling/camping agreement?
I swear to God, every.single.Wesker I play against plays the exact same way: Hook, facecamp, tunnel, repeat. It's honestly baffling. When is Reassurance going to be made useful?

Reassurance buff will heavily improve solo Q
As it is right now, because of how little time Reassurance adds to the hook progression and how close you have to be to activate it, Reassurance is just a slight inconvenience for the kind of player who is used to camping as their primary strategy to win matches, without really outplaying anyone or getting better: They…

Since Reassurance is useless, when is Camping going to be addressed?
Title. Reassurance was supposed to be this magic solution to camping, finally Behaviour was acknowledging the issue and doing something about it. Now that Reassurance has been released, people are realising that it literally does nothing to help what it's supposed to help, and it's not worth bringing. So, anyway, after 6…

Why are most survivors unable to understand the most basic simplest concepts?
I have been playing versus a lot of Weskers since yesterday, 99% of my matches are Weskers. Ignoring the fact that people do not understand how to play around tunneling/camping, I've also gotten a couple matches against Pinhead. In both of these Pinhead matches, the same thing happened: Unless -I- do the cube, nobody, will…

Project W: What needs to change
So, I've seen a lot of (justified) negativity about this new DLC, and I myself have given a lot of that negative feedback. But in case it all gets lost in a sea of complaints, I feel like we could just give a list of what was underwhelming and ruined this DLC for me : Basekit 10 seconds Endurance and Speed are a good idea…

Project W : Another chapter with great potential that became forgettable
And here we are once more, as it very often happens with Behaviour patches and DLCS. They made pretty skins. They release good looking survivors, cool looking Killer, nail the trailers, the voice lines, all the sparkly shiny stuff is on point, as per usual. Yet, when it comes down to the true core of it, the really…

Confirmed: Reassurance and Kinship don't stack. Kinship is better.
Honestly, just ditch Reassurance altogether and get kinship. It's just a better version of the same perk that achieves the same result but it has 16 meters instead of 6. "But it can be used once per hook state" This literally does not matter. Having to be in the survivor's face to use it, Kinship just has way more value.…
-
Does Kinship stack with Reassurance?
Example: I bring Kinship, someone uses reassurance on me. Is that 34+30 seconds extra? If it doesn't stack, it makes both perks even more useless imo.

Does anyone actually ever make Power Struggle work?
I still remember when people claimed "Power Struggle" WaS GoNNA bE MeTA because of how strong it supposedly was. I've been trying to get value out of this perk unsuccessfully for ages now, over 20 matches later I couldn't make use of it. Anyone has any ideas how it could be buffed to a usable state?

The long awaited DbD overhaul: Conclusion
After taking break from the game since the release of Evil Dead, I've read the upcoming Developer update. And these seem to be the conclusions: - Reduced grind: Good -Same meta : You will still need BT to help the pathetic 5 second unhook invulnerability plus the worst possible version of DS they can come up with. And now…

Confirmed how MMR works : Blendettes were right all along!
In today's live stream So it has been revealed the one key feature to a high MMR : Survive. You can unhook 59 survivors, loop for 7 minutes, repair 28 generators. That doesn't matter. Get tunnelled and you're a rank 20 according to MMR. Be in a locker all match and get hatch : Be part of the top MMR elite! Hide and blend…

The one change people were genuinely asking for
Spirit having any kind of counter. And the moment a few extremely biased players cried on the forums, because the one killer without any counter-play got kind of balanced (to what extent remained to be tested - nevermind about that now) they leave it out. Don't even test anything. So, back to more "fun"…

How do your matches go with the new Skill based match making system ?
So, some background info: Got about 4.000 hours, split between survivor and killer Mostly play solo, sometimes 1 friend joins in so we are 2. Europe region Achieved rank 1 every season on both (I played a lot obviously) Currently Iridescent IV So, as a killer most of my matches go as follows: Extremely sweaty SWF squads…
