Hello there! I'm not usually about during the day, but I thought ranks usually reset in the morning? Just fired up now and not had the monthly reward? What time should this happen? Or have I just got an error here? Thanks in advance!

Hello. I know these have been disabled for use, but should they still be showing up in the bloodweb? I like to have at least one of each item/offering on each character and have been burning through BPs to do this. I've just burned through an entire prestige and not seen a single one? Event Generator Colours.
Hello. Event generators are a pale orange. Discordance, Trail of Torment and other Gen perks highlight the gens yellow. Please can one or the other be a more distinct colour so those with colour deficiency can easily tell them apart. Thank you.

Recolours of Base Cosmetics in Rift.
Hello. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind recolours of premium cosmetics, such as the Huntresses Bear cosmetic, or Fly Boy Felix, but I find the recolours of Jane/Blight on the PREMIUM track in theory and practice are pretty low quality and do not represent value for money. Just been kicked out of a game and gotten a penalty
Hi, OK, so this is a thing then. Got 3k+ hrs under my belt and have never DC'd from a Survivor game. Just in a SWF and kicked back to menu for no reason and gotten a 5 min timeout.
