How do you think about the Lich right now?
Imo Vecna is currently very strong(high A-tier) after his recent buffs about his Flying and cool-down for spells. How do you think about him? Is he overtuned, undertuned, or fine as he is? Is Clown and Ghoul going to be changed again?
I feel that clown is way over tuned… and often is very unbalanced.. especially stacking speeds. 27% faster clown is just not fun to go against, especially if you get a map that is tiny and only spawns in 8 or less pallets (which happens a lot to me lately).
