Corrupt, Floods of Rage, Pain Resonance, Deadlock. Pretty boring build but it works well!
-
I'm always glad when people have horrible takes like this. Makes my killer games easier. (Like DS)
-
What a crazy concept! How ever did you come up with it? :D
-
Well his power is useless at most loops, and the hitbox for it is very small, so not surprised they're camping and tunneling. Being an M1 killer against good survivors is Hell without those tactics.
-
I'm surprised no one has commented yet that OP is looking too far down. Maybe a lot of people can't tell where the middle of their screen is, but that is not the middle. You can also tell this is the case by looking at Yui's head. Edit: Nvm someone did mention this. How do you delete comments on here lol
-
With everything currently in the game, if people still don't think the game is survivor-sided, they never will lol
-
Yo is there a block button on the forums? Asking for a friend.
-
Yes, a nerf to his facecamping ability. I didn't mention anything else about him.
-
Your comments are so emotionally charged, man. I really don't care to discuss anything with you honestly. Have a good one.
-
Removing Bubba's facecamping gameplay makes him unplayable? What?
-
You're creating an argument with yourself. We're talking about Bubba's ability to facecamp, not whether or not a player chooses to do so.
-
PHead can only M1 twice or do a sword attack once at a hook--he can't recover from an M1 fast enough to put his sword in the ground and then attack. Thus, he either downs the unhooker, or gets one collateral hit that injures the unhooker and downs the unhooked survivor (if they don't have endurance).
-
Not to open a can of worms, but you clearly aren't if you're never finding yourself in such a situation. Everyone knows that high level DBD is survivor-sided. Anyway, two people and a BT is plenty to make an easy save at a hook, against pretty much all killers except Bubba.
-
That doesn't change that he is still getting guaranteed kills, and having a design that encourages un-interactive gameplay.
-
I'm guessing you don't play at high MMR if you think that's a viable strat. That won't work against a single BT. It won't work if you're too close to a gate, either.
-
None of those prevent a trade, and with PHead if he does that, the unhooker can still go free. I think Myers with 99 stalk is the only killer that comes close to preventing a trade.
-
I don't mind it when there's counterplay, but there just isn't with Bubba unfortunately.
-
Bubba can consistently get more than a trade, which is something no other killer can do except for Myers with 99 stalk, and even then it will run out and there will be a chance to save.
-
Other killers can't handle two survivors going for the save though, for the most part. Bubba can, and Bubba can even rev through Borrowed Time.
-
The survivor definitely blocked my ability to interact, but didn't prevent the prompt from popping up. Honestly, I think this is similar to when you try to throw a pallet as survivor but the killer blocks you at the last second--you make a slight movement to interact but then get canceled.
-
Standing on the handle as killer is definitely the best way to do it. This survivor beat me to the handle, so maybe standing on a section of the hatch that allows me to interact (but isn't exactly where the survivor jumps in) is the way to go.
-
I didn't think of that but you're right, he would've had it guaranteed had he waited. And yeah, I'm thinking ping. I was 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 that thing lol
-
Yeah I can't say that I've ever lost in this scenario, so I was definitely surprised
-
Preventing 𝘪𝘴 stopping lol. One gen is all you need when the killer can only pressure one gen at a time. I do agree the current 60 secs is a bit much, although you don't need to use the perk multiple times a game to get good value from it.
-
Stopping Ruin and Pop is mediocre? What?
-
Good points, even the last one! :D
-
Hatch doesn't affect MMR.
-
Bunch of weak killer players in here. Having a survivor out of the game is already easier for me, so I leave that player alone to kill later. I'll probably hook them if they're gone long enough to get a bunch of crows, though.
-
People don't know how to disagree without attacking each other nowadays.
-
People who think Noed is overpowered are either overly altruistic or too scared to find the totem. The perk is only good against bad players honestly.
-
Prove Thyself isn't that great with only two people, so maybe it'd be better to swap out Prove Thyself for an exhaustion perk? But yea, just a suggestion from your average Dead Hard addict :)
-
Everyone else has mentioned some mistakes made here and there, but I have to say that I agree that there are games where you can't win, even when playing perfectly. It seems like a get a lot more of these games now than I used to, and I'm not exactly sure why that is. It could be because I never played against PC players…
-
I really like your comment, and I find it to be very accurate. I haven't reached this point in DBD, but this definitely happened to me with Rocket League (matchmaking issues, microtransactions, toxic community, etc.)
-
The game is only balanced when potato survivors exist. Otherwise, gens fly incredibly fast.
-
Dang, I'll keep an eye on that. Thanks for letting me know!
-
16 is clearly bigger than 8, dummy! Be thankful! /s
-
Thank you for the confirmation! It's definitely frustrating because now I have to prematurely play survivor in order to get to the Billy challenge :(
-
I only find him annoying because I usually only play against a Doc with at least one pink add-on. Otherwise, I don't mind him.
-
For sure, and I hope I didn't come across as snobby! Admittedly I don't remember what the UI looks like in order to get to the tutorial, so I can understand if it needs improvement. In regard to all of your other concerns, I hope the devs take note for new players and veterans alike :)
-
I'm sure your post deserves a full read, but for me you lost credibility and my interest as soon as you said there's no tutorial. There's literally a tutorial and in-game guide telling you about many aspects of the game.
-
Killers do have perks that rewards injuries and downs: Knockout, Infectious, Sloppy, Thantaphobia, etc.
-
I understand the frustration of noed, but it's a complete non-issue because the time it takes to find the totem at the end of the game is offset by how quickly the game goes by in the first place. With old Ruin staying up for a good portion of the game, I can see how noed was cheap. And the reason I didn't add thoughtful…
-
This thread reeks of survivor main
-
What do you mean? And of course it can be done. If the devs add another meaningful objective, slugging wouldn't be mandatory anymore like it is now
-
That's how the game is now, but I think most people would find it more fun if it worked the way I suggested. Again, most people don't like slugging, whether they are or killer or survivor.
-
It doesn't, however I don't feel slugging should be so necessary in order to win--it's not fun for either side
-
The fact that people are still defending survivors after watching (or not watching) this video boggles my mind. The game's outcome should be dictated by length of chases, but obviously it is dictated by whether or not people feel like doing gens.
-
What do you mean? And the new map is really good for stealth killers, but heartbeat killers can still easily lose on the Hawkins map. There are quite a few safe areas and windows to run around, including the gen resting above the glass in the infected room and the room in the middle of the map with the metal ramps and…
-
The devs don't care about killers or high rank play. Nothing new here :( Old Ruin at least helped with early game pressure, but now there is nothing to stop survivors from completing a couple gens easily in the beginning of the match; this especially hurts killers with low mobility or early-game setup.
