Both killer and survivor should be privy to whatever info they need to do their role, hell give solo queue proximity chat and let the killer hear it too
-
Most Maps are too big, have too many pallets, and most are painfully dark.
-
I would be fine with buffing pallet saves, when maps have a hard limit of 12 to 15 pallets.
-
The real issue is maps have way too many pallets
-
This entire thread is why I always ran franklins and lightborn, usually on legion with thana for extra rage.
-
gladly, as soon as we also remove adrenaline, free instant pickups, endurance and basically anything that stops killers from being able to hook survivors.
-
slider or riot
-
lol no
-
Yeah, like every new "bugfix" or adjustment does nothing but hurt him more and more.
-
Rapid brutality is trash, good luck ever catching someone on maps with god loops like haddonfield when you don't have bloodlust. Not to mention the 150% speed boost on hit + 3% from MFT + the 3 second bladewipe animation basically hard counters your 5% haste immediately. Even with max stacks of STBFL I don't see this…
-
I think the visual design team as a whole has been killing it (well, except for skull merchant, gross), unfortunately the actual mechanical designs don't seem to live up to the art.
-
yeah this chapter really offers nothing to shake up the meta for killers the way survivors have benefitted from the last two releases.
-
yeah no sorry but this definitely isn't their best work, visuals are good but mechanics are a disappointment
-
yeah no made for this is absolutely the problem
-
Yeah this chapter seems super underwhelming
-
I don't know how that stupid typo got in there O_o
-
MFT is beyond broken and should be removed from the game
-
people are going to call it a meme perk but plot twist + power struggle is insanely overpowered.
-
god speed, but also wear a helmet because the ravening survivor bias in this forum is coming for your soul
-
Put a bunch of vents all over the map that the xeno can travel through and give it demo's shred, easy win
-
may as well start implementing killer bots too since there won't be any players left
-
90 seconds with trash slowdown is already killing the game, just not your side of it.
-
boop
-
you can have a 4th gen in endgame if we increase the time to repair to 120 seconds from 90.
-
A simple fix would then to be implementing a cooldown on the haste effect such as when the chase starts it goes on cool down for 10 seconds and can't be reactivated until you've left the chase for at least 5 seconds or something of that nature. Basically what I was trying to get at is that m1 killers like trapper…
-
There's a big difference between someone who plays 8 hours a day and someone who plays 4 hours every 2-3.days
-
Because the haste turns off when you get into a Chase, so you can't actually use it to down survivors it's just a travel bonus
-
Yes but it also says that you can't move them anymore once you place them down which is the part I got rid of
-
the game was better when matches averaged about 15 minutes long instead of the current 3-5.
-
or we could just delete boil over and the game would just be better for it.
-
pain res is trash lol.
-
I was operating off of the wiki which I kind of just assumed was correct
-
"game balance is seemingly the biggest contributor to early disconnects" Yep, but we can't fix that without putting actual effort forth, so we get bots instead.
-
buffing decisive will just make slugging the most efficient way to play
-
hot take incoming: there are no good regression perks left. Pop and PR are trash, Jolt is a sad joke, the fact that people actually use these three perks is an even worse joke. The only perks even remotely worth using are Corrupt Intervention and Deadlock, and frankly even those are starting to lose their appeal when…
-
Make it so survivors in a party can't select two of the same perk, item or addon, actually force team play.
-
run pop/pain res/jolt or haunted ground/undying/pentimento/devour hope or undying/devour/nowhere to hide/noed
-
Because killer players are never allowed to have anything nice...
-
I don't disagree, but it's an even worse disaster to balance a game around it's worst players.
-
An efficient team of survivors can pop all 5 gens in under 5 minutes with no speed boosts, almost every lobby I play in now has at least two, usually three or four tool boxes and every survivor usually runs one generator speed perk. One hook can take anywhere from 45 seconds to 90 seconds against a competent survivor…
-
not if two survivors do the unhook, one takes the unhook hit, one bodyblocks, unhooker bodyblocks for both on the way out, basically a guaranteed escape especially with MFT + Hope in play right now.
-
Removing hook grabs is the real problem because all it really does is ensure that survivors can get consequence free unhooks in the end game after the gates have opened. I mean how would you like it if we removed the hatch?
-
You don't need anything, with three survivors on different generators and one survivor being chased an efficient team could take out all five generators in under 3 minutes. While yes this is a perfect scenario routinely this will still end up under 5 minutes when survivors have nothing more than a single generator perk and…
-
Devour hope and slugging more than likely, when you completely remove the killer's ability to recover and get back into the game in any way shape or form in the end game this is what you're going to end up with. And let's be honest if you ever end up with base kit unbreakable, you should absolutely expect to see every form…
-
If you haven't played Killer in months then you have no MMR as killer and you are just being fed a bunch of baby survs who can't actually play the game
-
You're absolutely right, at this point I can no longer blame survivors for genrush meta, it's clearly a failure in game design and something the devs need to address and as usual probably won't until it's far too late.
-
Well I'm glad somebody said it, but you do know saying anything in support of killers on this forum is an open invitation to be insulted and gaslit nonstop right? The reality is killers are second class citizens, and bhvr balances the game as if that were the case. I suspect it's going to be a long time before any killer…
-
I would gladly remove the instakill mechanic but that would require a complete overhaul because myers is absolute trash right now.
-
What they should do is change breakable wall so that it breaks faster and damages survivors too close to the door.
-
Tool boxes and generator repair speed perks need to get hit across the board just like regression perks did
