It used to mean "killer nearby" but it has no meaning to me anymore because so many people use it for the opposite reason.
-
It should only be active after two hooks, replacing the death hook
-
Well, at least i'm not the only one with a high death count. I guess to stay sane I should go in expecting to die and just focus on attemping challenges or something. More than likey though, i'm just going to avoid this game for awhile.
-
Small Game will give you a warning when near one, otherwise bring a map that reads killers belongings. Detectives Hunch could help as well.
-
People take minor things in this game way too personally. If i'm clicking the flashlight or using some teabag action towards the killer, it's because I'm trying to lead them away from a certain area as bait.
-
I only play solo survivor on PS4 and I'd say about 80% of my games these days end in 3 or 4K. I'm constantly paired with players that don't seem to understand the basics, even though they're in purple ranks. Unless you're playing SWF, the killer really has to mess up or not know what they're doing for survivors to escape…
-
What the smurf are you talking about?
-
Survivors: Christie Ryder from NINJA 3, or any of the gals (Angel, Whitestar, Heather) from THE LOST EMPIRE
-
The Terminator could be an interesting killer
-
It stops certain window loops from being as useful in the saloon at least.
-
It's the same as it always was, sometimes you're the hammer and sometimes you're the nail.
-
How about aim for 0 DCs in a 24 hour period and if you can't control your urge, you try making some art, and 12 hours after that if you still 'need' to DC, eat an ice cream sandwich.
-
Every game we played today had camping and/or tunnelling. Still choose NOT to run DS on the off-chance the killer wasn't a wienerbaby..
-
KIllers get bloody heads, clothes & weapon, so they do get to show off their devotion to DBD.
-
Two hard YESSSSSes, here!!!
-
Two challenges that ensure players' stocks of keys and pink moris get used up...
-
Yeah, solo is all I play so personally I've got to have it. It's always frustrating seeing those potatoes just sitting there though.
-
If everyone ran Kindred, it would help, but there are always going to be those survivors that wait nearby doing nothing or that go for the unhook right in front of the killer. Kindred on every survivor should definitely be mandatory though.
-
I use this spot and very often confuse the killers who don't know they can just walk there as well.
-
Solo survivor is pretty much all I play and it's like 75% horrendous teammates and 25% decent players who know the game. And It doesn't always improve with rank.
-
I don't play killer much so I never really understood what the problem with Haddonfield was but after the game I just had, I get it. There were certain fence loops where there was absolutely nothing I could do in a chase, as soon as a survivor was found they'd run for these safety zones. Combined with gens that are…
-
How many emergencies are you dealing with in a 24 hour period?
-
I think they're saying, if the survivor is blocking the hook you should be able to just hit them. Are they glitched into the environment? You haven't really explained what this "bug" is.
-
I think they mentioned reworking the match making system and to expect odd matches like this sometimes. I guess they're going to be changing how rank works.
-
I think they nailed this change. If you're having that much trouble playing against him, maybe try running Calm Spirit?
-
It's a very miserable, incel-type mentality. Instead of moving on, you choose to 'punish' people that have nothing to do with your frustration. Good luck in the real world.
-
I've had some amazing games after struggling to near death on the hook early in the game, so I usually hold on. But there are times you can see your team doing absolutely nothing while you struggle, that it seems justified to just give up.
-
It's re-enabled, offerings only increase your chance at getting a certain map, not guarantee it.
-
They are just excited to escape, no need to get upset.
-
Byyyyyyyyye
-
A lot more lag on PS4. Everything that seemed to be improved took a step back with that last update.
-
Normally I'd always go back for a teammate, but when I need to finish a challenge it might take top priority since some of them are so difficult. Depends what challenge it was I guess.
-
Or just avoid gens all together. Probably best to find the closest hook and wait there for the killer.
-
It's one perk, get over it.
-
Leading a killer in a chase to a hooked survivor, I hate it.
-
It's been no different for me, just a few minutes wait usually.
-
Yes, he can be a fun killer with the right perks, plus he's got that amazing elephant costume coming soon.
-
I thought that game was for kids?
-
I'm guessing it was changed because of killers complaining it was too hard to find survivors.
-
As a solo survivor, I don't play without it. It's become so helpful since the change.
-
Same issue & platform.
-
Also, survivors should be able to fly.
-
So you're saying killers camp out of angry spite because of their lack of skill? Sounds about right.
-
Probably the fact that I could play as Leatherface and Myers, even though I mostly play survivor.
-
It's fine the way it is. It's a perk, meaning an advantage or something extra when used properly. Otherwise, what's the point? Might as well just remove all perks, because in certain situations they create an advantage.
-
Nobody needs you telling them how to play.
-
Allow for us to select multiple challenges at the same time.
-
You're right, I just equipped Jeff's ugly sweater and it shall stay there til the new year.
-
What the hell happened to Leatherface?
-
This was taken awhile back, Head By Daylight.
