Yes, it was.

What's the point of playing killer if you can't have a kill each game? Just there to let survivors have fun while killer is t-bagged at the exit gates? The game has to be fun for killers, too. The fact that Reassurance is a perk at all is a good step in the right direction. Not to mention increasing the built in Borrowed…

This your first time playing after a new chapter?
-
Your issue is with tunneling/camping. Don't take it out on poor Wesker.
-
What exactly is the problem with killers wanting to get a 4k? They only have the one objective, but people keep acting like a killer trying to earn a 4k is criminal. Why the stigma?
-
Have you considered going to a different gen? 🤨 COB + OC only works if you let it. Killer can't be at all gens at once. Your team could pressure multiple gens and there's really nothing stopping that except not doing gens.
-
"True colours of many killers" Right...
-
Helping your team often helps you survive.
-
My cause for tunneling is fast gens.
-
It's not a free kill if the survivor had to he chased, downed, and hooked. With how BT is, an unhooked survivor can protect the person who made the unhook. In late game it really is a free escape.
-
Gens being finished fast has always been an issue. This isn't new.
-
Yeah, this month's prime skin is completely stupid and makes BHVR looks lazy and cheap.
-
I especially agree with the blood point offerings suggestion. Very good idea!
-
Because the survivor is on the ground. If there's no means for them to get back up and escape, why drag the game on?
-
The killer has won at that point. Why drag it out?
-
Is that actually how they're planning it? From what I read, it was an instant mori upon downing the last person. If the last person is already down are they mori'd? If not, they should have their aura revealed so the match can conclude.
-
It should so that the game can end quicker, since the match is concluded and is just dragging on at that point. Again, there's no good reason for that other than to waste time.
-
At the end of the match, with survivor only being on the ground, the game is over. There's no other gameplay to be had other than dying and ending the match unless they can make it to the hatch. And if the killer closes it, they're still on the ground, bleeding out. What reason would there be to draw the match out any…
-
What if there are two downed survivors at the end? You hook one, the other crawls away to hide. Will that auto-mori or will they still be able to bleed out?
-
That's only if the last survivor is downed. I'm talking about if there's more than one downed. You hook one, but then the other crawls away to delay the match ending by hiding and bleeding out. It's just unnecessary and a waste of time. The match should already be done and over if the survivor is downed and not getting…

I'd rather see changes that incentivize not tunneling instead. Adding a few more seconds to DS isn't going to do anything. Killers who ate DS before the nerf would still eat DS after a buff.
-
It'd be a wasted opportunity if they didn't.
-
Oh. Still, doesn't Blight instabreak pallets with his power anyway?
-
It's just aura reading. if you're at a loop, both the survivor and Blight see each other already.
-
People think Compound 33 is broken? Weird. Alchemist ring is fun and rewards landing his hits, but it's a common complaint and it'll probably be nerfed in the future.
-
I don't see how their point of view is unwarranted. From the killers perspective, they can clearly see the shift in the survivor side of things. One DC will have a domino effect that both sides feel in the same match. It seems like your own bias is getting in the way here.
-
That's stupid. I got them to p3 and shouldn't be punished for having done so before the update.
-
No survivor main is gonna up and quit after this update lol.
-
Base kit for 1 minute, perk extends it to 2 maybe.
-
The perk was simply too strong against stealth killers and gave unnecessary speed increases. It punished killers for looking in a survivor's general direction and rewarded survivors for being spotted. What sense does that make?
-
Yeah, they hammer out gens saying "lol it's our only objective" than, in the same breath, complain about how boring gens are.
-
You admit dead hard is bullshit and you know why (I'd hope at this point) it can be an issue. There are many, many instances in which skill does not come into play and pressing E does, in fact, outplay the killer.
-
I like her as a character, I like her perks, I like what her power is trying to be, but it feels like they wanted to make a stealth killer and immediately backtracked on the idea and made her stealth bad.
-
You say you're not defending it by defending it. Weird strat but ok.
-
If you don't understand the issue with current Dead Hard than why bother posting at all? Ignorance on full display...
-
Do you mean the youtube videos that show survivors running in a straight line and actively not trying to evade the killer?
-
How could you want a killer to be stunned longer? That's just insane. With DS, you can down and hook somebody else, and still get DS'd by someone hooked before even that. It doesn't just punish tunnelers, it punishes killers who aren't tunneling. The stun length was ridiculous, anyway. It was set to that because old…
-
Survivor mains be like
-
I enjoy reading people's bad takes.
-
Play as normal. I know it sucks, but when I'm killer or survivor I'd rather the match end asap so I can get to another.
-
Well, let's not shutdown face camping until other core issues are addressed first. As a killer main, you should not want to punish all other killers because some face camp. I honestly believe most face camps are a symptom of other problems.
-
Depends on the circumstance. If I return to an unhook location and the rescuer is gone, but the unhooked person remains, it sucks to think that the only option afforded to me is to let them go, because DS will punish me because survivors teammate induced tunneling. It's just too big of a safety net when time is against the…
-
They should be downed, yes. The locker trick is just an exploiting the bad design of the perk.
-
I still feel like the issue should be incentivizing killers to not camp, not punish them when they do. They're already punished for doing their job: Dead hard, Unbreakable, Decisive Strike (You can literally down someone, hook them, down someone else, hook them, meet the first person again and still get DS'd despite it not…
-
I still don't see how anything positive can come from punishing a killer for killing. Face camping already can be punished via the other survivors having more than enough time to finish gens and leave.
-
The answer to camping isn't to punish killers for doing it, but rather giving incentive not to do it. The devs just need to actually put some effort into that.
