I think I could easily make it work on higher ranked killers as well. I'm Rank 1 survivor and killer myself and I even get confused on scratchmarks sometimes. Often costs you valuable seconds in a chase. Anyway think it would be a fun new perk.

Honestly I'd make Thrill of the hunt a regular perk which is always active. Furthermore It should choose 2 random totems to become a fake Hex totem! Since ruin got nerfed you can't just guard ruin totem and be fine.. so I think this would be an ok change.
