I managed to make it register after switching challenges (activating a killer challenge then activating "sore ankles" challenge again) and not by deactivating/activating it.

This seems to be bugged in current tome. I jumped from hill with balanced while in chase several games and stuck with 2/3. Edit: just jumped out of window on haddonfield against plague and still 2/3

4th reset, Yellow -> Rank 16 5th reset, Yellow -> Rank 16 That's how it works now.

She's so easy to counter. Just look at the shards, they glow when she's phasing.

You can't derank past rank 16. I haven't played for months, being a purple rank killer, and went back to rank 16.

They received a game ban after I reported their Steam profile for hack advertising to Steam support. Hopefully, it's the dbd ban :)

If a killer tunnels you then you are the easiest one to kill, learn how to run structures, utilize your last seconds DS to reset bloodlust.

The OP is a baiter, clearly. The whole purpose of the DS was to be an anti-tunneling perk and the nerf will stress that. I play both killer and survivor and I know how the DS is used aggressively.
