Just adding my two cents here: Trapper, Hag, and Plague all have one thing in common. They never initially wanted to live this life, but the entity made them to. Trapper is the prime example. He wouldn’t put metal spikes into himself intentionally. Followed by Hag. She lived a normal life until she got abducted. Then the…

Spoilers (ish) but that’s what you’re here for One of the lore entries confirms that at this point multiple versions of the same character exist. Also it’s a theory but one that’s impossible to prove. Or you could imagine it like this. There’s a theory that you are the entity just watching through the killer’s eyes…
-
Following that logic 360’s are bannable when the killer misses because they got autoaimed. Exploiting ######### servers. It’s not really any different than someone who just has the iron will bug, except you know who has it ahead of time.
-
The perks are really overpowered, (except the left behind one) the movement speed, power, and TR just do not work in terms of balance.
-
I heard people say pressing A and D together work. But you can’t do that on console
-
Nerfing him would make him less fun for the killer but it'll actually be fun for survivors.
-
But he isn't like that in the movies. Sure he can fabricate stuff but can he physically touch you while you're awake? And not every killer has easy counters, Wraith's and Hag's assume you have lights, Nurse is breaking LOS, which isnt that easy anymore, but Freddy's isn't possible half the chase
-
The issue with the big counter is that it doesn't last forever, nor long enough to make a huge impact on the game. He can put you back to sleep as soon as he hits you, making the second hit even easier. If you want to look around to see efficient pathing when he comes, that wastes time
-
I mean, I just want to hear, from you, what's so balanced about him? As far as I know, he has absolutely no balance, counterplay, or skill required. Personally, I see balanced as something that punishes the killer for doing wrong, like Pyramid Head's cooldown for missing punishment and an easy way to get rid of torment,…
-
I'll repeat. I don't play Freddy because I know it's an easy win and only play him for dailies because of how easy they are
-
I'm getting all these messages that I don't know how to play against him but the best thing I've seen is "Drop pallets early," But that doesn't stop you from getting downed a second later, especially with the map reworks. And on stronger loops, Wow! You just lost looping time! Literally anyone give me any counter to Freddy…
-
What would that change?
-
I think Claudette is my favorite, purely because how much of a personality similarity we have. Contrary to everyone who plays her, she's really introverted and prefers to not get into the heat of things? I guess? The best personality to me is Jane. She's sympathetic according to Solidarity and she's a brave soul,…
-
that'd be cool
-
Pain. Trapper is the best example of this. Those metal rods aren't for show, lore-wise. The Entity forces them into it, they're deceived into it, like Spirit and Wraith who see only who ruined their life, or they want to go into it willingly, like Ghostface who's just a sadist. Because killers across the board get…
-
I’ve honestly thought that pips and emblems were the problem. I’ve gotten 10 hooks but no pip? Somethings a bit off. In my opinion, pips shouldn’t rely on what the killer is doing. If he’s camping, give the survivor more points in boldness because they’re distracting the killer. Enough to finish at least 3 gens, and enough…
-
Tunneling is basically as you described it. Going after nobody else the whole game. Anyone who says otherwise is either salty or misinformed. Slugging (leaving them in dying after they got off the hook) isn't tunneling. Trying to secure a last kill by attacking the injured person isn't tunneling. Getting DS'ed does not…
-
Whenever I play Nurse on Xbox and I get Hawkins or Lery's I just mess around, like go to the hidden room in Hawkins. I haven't gotten Lery's yet but if you're good on those maps, good job. Nurse is hard as is especially on indoor maps imo except the game. But, haters gotta hate
-
Honestly the new cosmetics are confusing to me. The new Spirit cosmetic suggests she died while wearing that, which doesn't make sense considering why would you wear that to a restaurant. Assuming thats void in the timeline of her wearing that cosmetic though, her feeling her legacy would have definitely made her not die.…
-
Honestly for me just make him more quiet. He makes a noise for every thing he does. Walking, noise, miss an attack, noise, hit an attack, louder noise, even his stealth power is loud. Remove the footsteps and he'll be a lot easier to play
-
Honestly that last part was kind of hearsay from reddit
-
Assuming they're all invincible, Kazan takes the cake for me. Easily kill many with his stick of doom, then kill 2 more to kill 10. Otherwise it's Spirit because she's literally unkillable, she was a good student to know what the Vietnam War is and possibly how it worked
-
That ending is kind of a good explanation for why some survivors are bad at looping even if their character has been released for a long time, like a new Nea compared to a god Nea who can loop the killer for 5 gens
-
It's honestly so infuriating to me.
-
I know thats what they said on stream but it doesn't explain why so many lunges end early for me. Try hitting a survivor being sacrificed, it will aim upwards but it doesn't actually hit them. and I don't know if this is true but I hope it is because it's so infuriating when they get extra distance because of it.
-
Honestly i'm not a huge horror enthusiast, but when I heard theories it was him, it vaguely rang a bell and I actually had to look him up, still had no idea where he came from to begin with. Iconic really depends on who you ask. When I think horror, I think Nightmare, Friday the 13th, Halloween, Alien, Scream, and (to be…

I use almost every exhaustion perk except for dead hard (i try to avoid most of the meta because it terribly frustrates me as killer or is just unbalanced in my eyes) and Lithe (It can activate on an unsafe pallet and you just wasted your Lithe). Overall, I tend to use one exhaustion perk, Adrenaline, and then two perks…

The most anyone in the Fog as far as we know damage wise is keep killers in captivity (for only a short while) by stabbing them with serum, which broke them out as well. You can see little syringes in some Blight cosmetics like Wraith's. The only thing survivors are capable of is stabbing for DS and dropping pallets.…
-
Don't agree with that TLDR but this is almost exactly what I've always thought. Different times to have the same character but different outfits, and different universes (which is why some people can wear bizarre outfits in game), whatever they wear actually makes sense to them. However, the lore itself is always a bit…
-
God plays when survivors dress the same though. (early game when nobody knows who the killer is yet) "Is that you on the gen with me?" "I mean, I guess" (laugh) But it is bad when voice comms affect the game, and because things like discord exist, it's never gonna happen
-
any perk that activated endgame, NOED, bloodwarden, and rancor. Only one of these works if survivors have a brain though and 99 the gates or cleanse totems. Meanwhile there is Dead Hard, DS, Borrowed Time, Unbreakable, Any Means Necessary, self-care, and other perks that heal you or give you something to keep going.
-
For one, it isn't poorly designed. It's the same as Unbreakable and DS, except worse, a second chance perk because of a bad play. Except you can get rid of it quicker than the killer can catch up to someone who just DS'ed the killer and ran in a straight line. Killer and Survivor aren't the same thing either. It doesn't…
-
Just saying but Scott saying it isn't Candyman doesn't mean anything. He isn't a fog whisperer, nor is he involved in the development in the game nor the liscensing or contracts to get there. He's just a streamer.
-
So killers like Trapper normally wouldn't have. They don't have a reason to. The Entity does a couple things. One of them is torture, evident by the trapper. Evan was sensible; he wouldn't have done that to himself. Constant pain for a constant reminder. Or, the Entity changed their perception (as is the case with Wraith…
-
From what I know, that was his first job, and I really like the time they were taken by the entity to be vague. It expands what they couldve been wearing at the time they went into the Fog. I believe if the timing is kept vague, they could be taken at any point of their lives, which is why the blight skin for Jake exists…
-
I mean, I would agree with this, if it weren’t for the newer players/the more selfish players in the game, who hide in corners or lockers all game or are just really good at evading the killer. If you don’t hook someone until the end of the game and that’s their first hook, then you couldn’t have mori’d anyone all game and…
-
With some killers existing, no. Say Jeff, taken around the late 90's early 2000's, was an avid movie fan. He still wouldn't have seen Saw or Stranger Things to know what a demogorgon, who The Pig is, or who the characters are.
-
Literally none of the issues I saw were fixed except getting stuck on a pallet as killer. You can still get stuck as survivor, Bubba's chainsaw keeps revving after you finish a run, and the endgame music still goes on in the middle at random times
-
I haven't been playing that long, only since right after the Ghostface Chapter. Was that real?
-
I noticed that too. It’s probably just a miscommunication, but from a lore perspective it’s fascinating. I feel like prior to the undetectable status, it was the killers heartbeat, because you could still hear it, but only from so close to the killer. But now that undetectable is a thing, it’s kind of hard to tell. I think…
-
I doubt she would know what the entity thinks or plans of. It only hungers for hope. Even if she was, the entity is perceptive in the sense of bending killers’ wills and bending them HARD. She has no reason to nor has ever attempted it, given that the first and only time she has been hurt in the Fog was by Vigo for…
-
Don’t want to sound like a broken record, but just do the bones? You don’t even have to just do the bones. Just find the lit totem. It’s a perk that’s very counterable and completely removable if you just do them when you see them
-
I play stealthy killers so much that I just can’t decide which outfit I want to buy
-
It’s a mixed bag for me. On one hand I’m not rubber banding so much anymore. On the other hand, I’m having Dwight body block and I get hit from 5 feet away
-
Generally I wear everything but the bloody head, instead I wear the woven crown braid. I did it because everyone else in my random lobby was bloody. Most of the time I wear the full set it does this
-
Even worse. At least your teammates have a chance of winning versus not giving them anything at all PLUS the loading screen. I feel dead inside every single time it happens because I have to go back to queue because someone didnt like how long it was taking to load in or it might've been a red mori. Notice the might've. I…
-
I mean, considering ebonies pop up once every 10 bloodwebs and ivories pop up 1 out of 20, you're just unlucky. Also, yeah, you in yourself abandoning your team just because you don't like what MIGHT happen in a game (cypress or even just a shroud) is more toxic than the possibility of bringing a mori that's gonna be fixed…
-
I think MM, at least on Xbox, is doing wonderfully. I'm going up against (mostly) fair and equal matches where I have fun, regardless of rank.
-
I was disappointed when I tried using inner strength when I needed mending. Totem wasted.
-
I think Wraith, by his idle animation, killed Azarov, and after coming to his senses, realised he liked doing what he did, but is timid in his natural state. Like for the cosmetics where he is made from trees, he likes nature and doesn't like people. The bell makes me think he found it in the woods from old long gone…
