Is the login bonus only a one time thing?
-
Haven't really noticed a difference. It's nice to be able to play with my friends on other systems
-
I was playing with my gf, I ran a ghost face for 5 gens, got caught, facecamped, then was saved by a bill with bt while ghostface was staring at the meg on the hill. Ghostface dc'd. There was also the time my whole swf got the achievement for a 4 man hatch escape. I almost messed it up at the end but we pulled it off
-
I can pull it off with the pig, assuming I'm actually playing well
-
I've done none of that (except "cheat with friends" and still get facecamped
-
If that's happening, they probably 99'd it. Sabo is far from OP
-
I didn't know that. I don't think wraith is awful, I just don't think he's as good as Tru3 says he is. You can do well with any killer at red ranks though, most survivors aren't amazing god-like teams
-
I agree with that, I personally don't have games like that often though. Average survivors are common for me. I think a lot of the issues killers face is due to map design, survivors are given too much potential to prolong a chase
-
5 minute games aren't the norm though. A 4k shouldn't be easy, just as 4 man escapes shouldn't be easy
-
Because Tru3 said so, even though he's always running an ultra rare addon with windstorm I think? Plus an anti-healing build. Wraith sounds really "viable"
-
When you go against the doctor, madness causes you to hear the same sound as whispers
-
There is. It's called deliverance, you have tp get a safe unhook to activate it. Unless I'm misunderstanding your post and that's not what you mean
-
Explain how a key is a free escape when they have to do gens to spawn hatch?
-
NOED is just an example, it was a change made for consistency for new players. It would be confusing if frenzy worked with some things but not others.
-
I really liked this bug. It helped me know what to expect from my team and play accordingly
-
You'll learn how to play better, killer takes a lot of practice. It gets more fun, don't listen when people say "survivors are the power role", you'll start blaming that phrase on your losses. Try and find what you could've done better, I do it with every killer I play. The game's rough at the start, but it gets better
-
I played the oni a lot yesterday. I had bad matches and good matches, he's fun and I think he's strong. You just need to learn him
-
I think demogorgon is fine. His shred can be used to mindgame or get hits where other killers couldn't, the portals can be used for gen defense, you don't need to place and activate them all right away. I don't anymore, seems to work better. He's also not meant to be a stealth killer, undetectable is meant to make it so…
-
Only if killers can do it too
-
1. The game doesn't feel like it's dying. 2. It's because people take the game too seriously 3. It's more balance this and balance that 4. Devs do listen. Old DS wasn't fun for killers, same with MoM and instaheals. Nurse and Spirit felt too powerful for survivors. Legion wasn't a fun killer to go against either
-
Sometimes, if it doesn't I just go do a gen. I also hover around green ranks because I'm not amazing at survivor. It really depends on the killer though. If I'm playing killer, I'll chase them a bit to see what they're like. They don't always have the skill to back up the BM's
-
The pig's dash can be used to mindgame loops, break LOS and leave them guessing where you're coming from, if they decide to leave you don't need to dash. The pig feels fine to me, her traps coming off quickly sucks but she can put up a fight
-
Myers is fine, just lean with ghostface?
-
I sometimes BM to get chased by the killer. Only if I know I'll last longer than my teammates though
-
I run save the best for last, infectious fright, thanatophobia and dying light. I sometimes run ruin in place of thanatophobia
-
Camping, tunnelling as survivor. Map design as killer, mainly constant safe pallets
-
Around rank 8 you can be matched with yellow ranks, along with reds. There's also a huge difference between survivor skill that isn't dependent on rank. I've had red ranks who go down within 20 seconds, and greens who are pretty good at looping. Killer is easy against bad survivors, but rough against good survivor
-
When I was at red ranks I played demogorgon and pig, certain maps felt unwinnable but I wouldn't say the whole game is survivor sided
-
Demogorgon feels fine to me, I use the portals for gen defense and hide them the best I can, shred lets me either bait a pallet drop or I fake it and get a hit. Combined with the right perks, the demogorgon is amazing.
-
I play normally, if I find their channel I'll go give them a GG even if I get destroyed, maybe follow them if they seem like cool
-
Maps are broken yes, but survivors have received a lot of nerfs this year, less safe loops, instaheals, MOM, DS are the big ones that come to mind. The devs aren't "promoting toxicity", they're doing what they can to balance the game. Toxicity isn't because of the game, it's because of the players. If you need to camp and…
-
Constant loops, know when to break chase. Hex smashers, it's gonna happen, they're high risk perks Flashlight spammers, do you mean just constant clicking or blinding? If they blind at pallets, they don't gain as much distance, clicking is annoying but doesn't achieve anything. BNP, toolboxes in general suck, but there's…
-
I think at the very least the killer aura part of kindred should be base
-
It's not just pc, console is dealing with them too
-
Lol what do you mean? That's definitely a genrush /s
-
I didn't open it to be a "killer circle jerk thread" but if you see it that way, so be it I wanted to understand what could be their logic behind it
-
Yeah, it's just a bit frustrating, I'm just trying to chill and do my legion daily and they feel the need to message me
-
I play on ps4, they did it mid-match. I don't understand survivor logic sometimes (not saying all survivors are like this, or that it's strictly survivors either)
-
I didn't do that, I hook someone and immediately look for a new target. I try and make the game fun for the survivors, but I somehow tunnelled. They're probably just salty?
-
I should have explained but I apparently tunnelled despite the fact I go out of my way to not chase the same person twice in a row, a survivor messaged me mid-match to complain. I don't understand their logic, the only person I hadn't hooked at that point was my obsession
-
I mean, they're doing it to be a jerk. And the rank difference as stated in the post, they should know the killer won't be as good as a purple rank killer
-
Any good survivor team can win though, I bet she also wouldn't stand a chance against 4 good solos
-
They feel locked in to specific builds because people want to "win", and you can't do that if gens pop fast which they occasionally do
-
I mean, the nurse didn't get legioned, her power still does something
-
Scroll down reddit or forums. I get lobbies pretty fast normally, red ranks on ps4
-
There's still other killers to play, I doubt the spirit is gonna get a huge nerf though
-
1) Queue times would be worse 2) Surprised this isn't a thing already 3) Any penalty for SWF punishes casual groups
-
All stealth killers were buffed, addons are gonna be looked at for some of the older killers, maps are being fixed, the game is being balanced. Which means nurse and spirit are being balanced too
-
But this doesn't remove the advantage, this is just a punishment. Why not give solos more information, and buff killers to compensate, as was suggested somewhere else on this thread?
-
How would you propose SWF gets nerfed?
