I think new DS will be fine
It's not that much weaker than current DS but with the reduction in stun time from the current 4 seconds, enduring soft counters it even more than it did previously and you can get back into the chase more quickly following the stun.

More Blood point events
Can we get more blood point events like x2 BP weekends. Even if rank reset you got more BP for a period of time. BP can be a damn grind and BP offerings are sometimes hit and miss. I bring objective offerings and then get tunnelled etc. COD and other games do them quite often.
