Make all offerings hidden to opposing sides

How should they change the ranking system?
Any ideas for a new ranking system? It seems like the higher of rank I climb, the worst team mates I get along with camping and tunneling killers. I’d expect to see it with the lower ranks but not the high ranks. It’s so hard to get a pip when it’s like this.

So many teabaggers and it's usually the ones running decisive and running around with flashlights. Something must be done to change the game play of the killer, whether it be to slow down the survivors or what. The PTB changes are needed but I don't think that's gonna help a whole lot.
