NOED and Devour effects removed if one is cleansed.
Had both NOED and Devour at 3 stacks up, NOED got cleansed, hit a survivor, only an injure. I'm assuming both are coded to just get rid of the perpetual exposed on cleanse irrespective of if something else is applying it.
