The knight
While playing the Knight I tried to summon a guard but then got stuck in an infinite loop of my character's camera bobbling up and down and being unable to use my power. Shrine of Secrets level 3 perk exchange with Iri Shards
Purchasing an already owned level 3 perk with iri shards does not reward 100k Blood points but consumes the iri shards. This was on PS5 and has happend on every reset for the past 3 weeks.

PC - Lisa Garland Model Issue
Whenever Lisa opens a gate, she gets a hole in her neck! You can see through to her back. I have not noticed this hole in any other animations such as pointing or doing gens. Shelter woods glitched hills
I spawned in on Shelter Woods 1, and the map had several of these weird hills that also turned the ground blue around it. Jeff vaulted into it from inside of shack and got stuck.
