While Spine Chill is active (whenever the killer is looking at you), your chances of triggering skill checks are increased by 10 %. It's not much, but it can have a big impact when it comes down to getting that clutch skillcheck. Also, it's not bad knowing when you're being watched too.

Doctor is less dependant on his opponents, but very depending on perks, addons and strats. Oni is pretty straight forward and absolutely needs a good early game to apply pressure through the entire game. I definetely enjoy him more, but against top survivors, I'd rather play Doc with a decent preparation & strat.
