And that is of course, your opinion.
-
See that's the bit I like.
-
No they can't see where the cages go.
-
I mean that just obviously isn't true. Every fandom of every game thinks their devs are actually the worst devs to ever exist and all they do is break the game. SMITE has had a five year bug where switching audio device at any time whilst the application is open can completely brick your PC, the CINN developers not only…
-
I also didn't say I was. I was questioning the user who said they are.
-
No I didn't say that. Inversely, as a horror game, I think the challenge should be on survivors to escape and the killers should be oppressive / intimidating / scary.
-
The number of gens is not in direct proportion to the number of survivors, it is in proportion to how well they expect the Killers v Survivors to perform. They clearly feel that the stronger killers in the 2v8 mode warrant a lower proportion of generators to complete in comparison to the default game mode. I am definitely…
-
So would you say the current top outcome for games being a 4K is bad for the health of the game and something to look at?
-
I enjoy the perk and fun builds you can have around Luck / Kobe'ing & Wiggle / Flashlight / Flashbang saves. I will admit it changes the pace of the game a lot though, and the pacing does feel a bit better. Definitely in some capacity should be a sign of the direction the main game should take.
-
Guide is a Role. You can change this in your Loadout where perks are normally displayed, as a Survivor.
-
They update the regular game mode??
-
They don't get a notification, this was showcased in the Dev stream/reveal. I apparently have not played against enough Pyramid Heads as I was unaware that you can be moved if the Killer comes near you.
-
If your Console was Xbox, then all of this should be shared. Hopefully the Support Team respond to you soon.
-
Apart from the fact it wasn't really copy-pasted was it? Because the Killer cannot see where you were caged, nor can they see when you are taken out of the cage, nor can they stand around your cage because you simply move to another part of the map.
-
Not sure on the other two, but OW does not. It's official website states that actual features in testing are only rolled out to servers on PC.
-
Stay out of sight, use walls and obstacles to make fakes and double backs. Learn the patterns of them quickly.
-
If it's anything like my experience, Survivors are just not playing the game mode. I seem to notice that despite the number of survivors doubling, the number of survivors actually completing generators did not change! :P. Back to normal mode for me unless I can pick up an SWF squad.
-
It's temporary to iterate and update on it. They plan to pull the mode to make potentially large scale adjustments or fixes that simply cannot be done whilst the mode is active. Limited Runs also give the added benefit of people rushing to play it / taking advantage of its availability, thus providing more feedback.
-
Yep, they know how to get around it. Release content on Console when its not experimental and therefore meets the Guidelines of those platforms.
-
Imagine thinking the PTB was done not on Consoles by choice, rather than on Playstations' and Xbox' store guidelines that don't allow test builds to be pushed.

I Would Do Anything For Love by Meatloaf!
-
I think you mean notorious for being wrong.
-
I don't know what a "scumbag killer" or an "entitled survivor" means.
-
Thanks for keeping the game alive by queuing for the far more stressful role (referring to Killers).
-
Not sure where you got 4th from: Developer Update | Stats! - BHVR She is 0.5% below average, she is also the literal lowest picked killer.
-
-
I like vs'ing the Twins. I see no reason to nerf them personally. Victor has another really strong counter play, listening to when he is coming and not being seen by him.
-
I could leave it to die if you like.
-
My personal PSA would be to stop 99%ing doors. Nothing annoys me more as a Survivor being chased than a door being 99'ed and then them leaving to try and find me, as I run to the door.
-
This is clearly just a first iteration and trial. If there is enough feedback from the ongoing trial that this is clearly not what people want, then hopefully by the next iterations arrival we have started to convince them to change their mind.
-
A shame, because I like it and it's clear much of the community disagrees with me.
-
What other games actually do that? The only example I saw was Overwatch which actually doesn't place limitations on friend groups. Your example was absurd "oh you can't run 5 tanks", yes you can if you play Open Role Queue. If you choose to sign up for the Role Queue which limits your roles. shockingly, your roles are…
-
Basically - everything is bugged and DbD needs a quick and effective Bug Fix… Not in 1 or 2 weeks - it should take max 2 days… Wow I cannot wait to see what incredible programming hack you have unlocked to magically fix bugs in a much faster timeframe. These things take time.
-
The Devs are aware of it, there have been a couple of threads in the Bug Reports forum and the complaints / matches people have shared have already been passed on to the Dev team.
-
I'm glad you had a good experience. I equally think survivor (even solo) is easy (though SWF is way easier/broken), and I personally find Killer to be harder. We all have different gameplay experiences and are good at different things. Survivor is just my jam, definitely nothing to do with Renato…
-
I'm sure they do care, but it is quite difficult to gauge why someone has suddenly taken an absence from the game, I can't pretend to be an expert but from what limited use of Unreal I got from completing my degree in Games Programming, you get very little information when somebody suddenly exits your multiplayer client.
-
You can only derank so far now though, you cant go all the way down to rank 20 from rank 5.
-
this is for definite not true. When i first played the game, I facecamped because i expected survivors to come to the hook, as soon as I learnt that they didnt do that always, i changed tacticts and only facecamp at times where its appropriate
-
what if one survivor just stayed near the hook ready to rescue, and 2 others worked on gens? is the killer meant to leave the hook and allow the free escapes each time, or should the killer stay with the survivor he knows is at the hook But then, if he stays targeting a survivor, he is punished for staying near the hook…
-
I modelled my own one on survivors; Claudette: just **** off Everyone else: please wear bright hair
-
awesome do you want to build on that or something?
-
Different people would handle the porting than the overall programming of the game
-
PC
-
I think its in the best state ive seen it in a long time. For me its just the hitboxes.
-
in the same way that survivor mains find annoyingly pedantic things to also complain about? Such as the change to the pickup speed.
-
Thats alright, just climb to a high enough rank and youll rarely see him
-
Ive never seen killer mains collectively come together to complain about either of those perks. By all means, run borrowed time and self care. The doctor is not an OP killer...
-
kind of ironic that theyre meant to be surviving, so its meant to be a challenge :/
-
In those 2 minutes he could have downed others if he didn't camp.
