MMR is ineffective.
As it is now, MMR feels quite ineffective when I want to play as killers I don't normally play. For example, I NEVER play as Hillbilly, but I'm getting matched up against survivors who are more akin to what I play on my mains Nemesis and Wraith.

Footsteps muted while using Ironwill
I've noticed that whenever playing against survivors using Iron Will and whenever using Ironwill myself, survivor footsteps are muted. Ironwill should only mute breathing, but I haven't heard a single survivor footstep while Ironwill was in the picture.
