it's time and region dependant and if you have crossplay on or off.
-
just....get rid of undying before finishing gens. if noed appears get rid of noed.
-
record it :)
-
the latter
-
There is official confirmation?
-
I mean ranks mean something in general yeah, but as far as the game goes they don't mean anything currently. they have no weight as far as we know, and thus mean nothing other than to judge your teammates and/or opponents after the match is over.
-
because anti cheats aren't perfect and it's a constant back and forth between the anticheat and cheat developers on how to stop cheats and how to bypass the anti cheat. it's like this in virtually every multiplayer game.
-
the killers ping, and hits being decided by the killers connection and not yours :)
-
fair as in I don't get looped for 4 gens before getting a single hook, while also not getting easy 4k's, it feels like my decisions and skill are relevant to the opponent's I'm facing, I'm not the best killer, I've been finding the matches I get mostly purple ranked survivors in my matches the closest and most fair for me,…
-
mmr seems to be giving me fair matches after the first few. I lost a lot at first (10-20ish games) , then I won a lot, now games seem rather fair as killer. survivor is still hit and miss even though I play it more
-
I have 300 hours in the game and never reached 10 on killer, queues are too long to then (at least before mmr) get matched vs an all red rank team 70% of the time just wasn't fun, highest I got was 11 I think. got the game during the summer sale.
-
I think looping is an ok mechanic overall as survivor. I enjoy looping as killer when the survivor cannot see me, otherwise it's boring unless playing a killer with anti looping mechanics.
-
they have addressed how it works for swf groups, it takes the average. it's in a Q&A in news.
-
maybe otz region lacks high mmr survivors so it throws him the first available ones?
-
there is a sale currently on steam I think.
-
oh, well it from the looks of it, it's calculated based on a base of the x1 listed as the killers base speed in the charts and is calculated off that, so 115% speed killers would get more out of stuff like play with your food etc. but that's just a guess.
-
5.313 - 5.29 = 0.023 5.3475 - 5.29 = 0.0575 0.023 + 0.0575 = 0.0805 + 5.29 = 5.3705? if you want % there are other ways but you can do the same thing.
-
the survivors are holding it hostage if they refuse to try to do their objectives. not you.
-
well, you don't have to kick gens while it's up, they automatically regress. saves you a bit of time. though doesn't allow you to use things like pop with it at all.
-
seems they just like using country names.
-
why not start EGC when the exit gate latch is touched instead of when it's opened? lengthen it by the amount of time needed to open a gate.
-
why would I bother prestiging?
-
slap on prove thy self and make sure to do them in co-op and you'll max out gens in like 2.
-
changing these specific rules will just get you afk players. that's it. nothing else. the people who suicide on hook will get hooked, and go afk. you might save them, but they'll sit under the hook ready to be rehooked..while doing something else. you'll never be able to force someone to play a match they don't want to…
-
I like ideas 2 and 4.
-
if you remove this they'll just eat the D/C penalty. you cannot force someone who doesn't want to play to play. or just sit afk until they die while they watch something or something, you won't be getting a player, that's for sure.
-
change your desktop resolution to 1920x1080 before playing dbd, then change it back.
-
if you want to get out of red ranks just do your best to die while accomplishing nothing?
-
whats the problem with a catch up perk like noed? or a second chance/anti momentum perk like DS for that matter? this isn't an esports game.
-
US southeast, mid ranks. steam survivor solo instant except at like 2 am, then 1-2 minutes killer at prime time 5-15 minutes killer outside of prime time 15-30 minutes.
-
no, learning and having games be over in 5 minutes do not match together well.
-
survivors would rank up much faster than killers with this system
-
I highly doubt it.
-
play kyf
-
what if the killer is running iron maiden in combo with bbq for some odd reason
-
without the BP bonus it'd only be used on high mobility killers.
-
I like the game and lerry's. the others are terrible.
-
next time let her crawl out. you can open the gate if it's not opened.
-
as a survivor solo Q player mainly, no. I don't want coms.
-
the things I define as toxic are the ingame chat (when people are toxic in it) and survivors actively working with killers to kill other survivors, unhook them, killer kills them again, they unhook, etc repeat. everything else is just playing the game.
-
as someone who mainly plays solo survivor I would probably quit the game if they forced coms, unless I could mute them. going by the general community interactions I get with randoms in this game.
-
to balance the game around voip you would basically need to rework most of the perks entirely, and massively buff killers all around, or nerf survivors massively someway, or both.
-
or just not add voip.
-
people would still use discord though.
-
that's just solo Q life, you can mitigate this with pregame chat somewhat.
-
allows too much free info, BT is perfectly good without coms.
-
I play survivor cause queue times for killer are longer than like 3 matches as survivor, only to get matched against people 10 ranks higher than me :\ killer is more fun, sure, but not worth waiting for unbalanced matches 75% of the time.
-
kyf is fine and all if you have friends who play this game..
-
interesting, so crossplay for pc is only for PC players who use controller then? usually shooters compensate controller users with aim assist that can be varying levels of effective.
