Same problem … really frustrating. All the usual first steps (update driver, reinstall etc.) didn't help. Had the game crash on me before (once every 2-3 month), but the moment I cannot even finish one match without a crash.

Survivor queue times (PC / Central Europe) are between 1-2 minutes. I do not see that at all, maybe that's a "you" problem I see on average 2 per round. Funny, I see many complaints about "gen rushing" here. Just accept that there are people who like it.
