Getting potentially up to 5 injures a match with only one power hit instead of two was a very powerful effect for a green addon. The problem now is most of the other options are kinda bad.

The issue though is that it puts the perk on cooldown. So if you waste it on a survivor that's on the ground then you're potentially losing it for later when it would actually help you. That's not good.

Please keep the mori offerings the way they are on live. Had that 75% gen been blocked by Deadlock at the moment you hooked him on the scourge hook? If that gen was blocked and no other gen had any progress then Pain Resonance will not trigger (since it can't hit the blocked gen and therefore there's nothing available for it to damage).

Yes, it is a pretty harsh nerf. Considering she is the most obnoxious killer in the game and didn't have nearly enough counterplay, I think she completely deserved all of these changes. Honestly, basekit UB would probably be fine in this mode. It's a horrible idea for the regular mode, but when you don't have to spend time hooking anyone and can't get flashlight/pallet saved, there's really not much reason to slug.

It should show your aura in a different color so it's more obvious. Hiding the aura entirely would be bad if you have good teammates who are actually paying attention, because then they won't know which area to avoid in chase so that they don't sandbag you on accident.
