Killer queues are on average 5+ minutes right now and Survivor incentive is only +50%?

Update makes joining lobbies rather hard
I see this at least 2-3 times before I can finally join a lobby. And usually it takes like 5-10 seconds between "Play as survivor/killer" and this popping up. How is it that every time there is an update, there is at least one really annoying bug?
